Once a came to collect my dog my dog started to cough, you can’t trust these people my dogs sick after a couple days in the pet resort, do not recommend, PLEASE DONT SEND YOUR DOGS HERE

I would highly recommend the Team at Acacia Ridge for short and long term boarding needs. Kay and Sunny did such a remarkable job looking after our groodle girl Bella while we were renovating during a covid lockdown for a few months. The love, care and attention all the staff showed Bella was amazing. And Bella got on with the owner’s dogs as well as all the other visitor dogs. No task was ever a problem, no matter how big or small, and Kay looked after Bella’s healthcare needs too. I do not hesitate in recommending Acacia Ridge.

What a terrible experience. I had left my dear furchild at this place for a week and she came back with horrible cough. They could not pick up the call or let us know in advance. The poor thing is suffering from kennel cough. She also smelled bad and was unkempt and was very timid and tired when we got her. Which is usually opposite to her bright and bubbly charachter. Will never recommend this horrible place to anyone nor leave my furchild there again.

Acacia Ridge Pet Resort offers fantastic service and I can 100% back that your pets will be loved and looked after as they are at home. We have been separated from our dog as we moved interstate which was stressful due to border issues. We were reassured our boy was well and were kept up to date with how he was with regular photos. The team was always available and helpful when we called and they always responded to emails. The entire ARPR Team are absolutely fantastic, friendly and more than just helpful and caring. A stress-free, personal experience as a pet owner separated from their pet for months. I thank you all for taking such good care of our most important family member during our stressful time apart. We hope to see you again when we visit!

We have been going here for many years now with our two dogs. Not only are they well priced but our dogs get excited when we turn into their street. Our dogs absolutely love it here and the employees get so excited to see our girls when we arrive. All the staff are super friendly! Highly Reccomend!

If I could put 10 stars I would. Cannot recommend Acacia Ridge Pet Resort highly enough. Our beloved very spoilt girl Winnie Blue had the best time. Service, options and all the staff we have dealt with have been absolutely amazing. Thank you so much for taking care of our baby girl ❤

We have used ARPR 3 times now over a number of years. Gracie is so excited when we arrive, which I am taking to mean she enjoys being there. The staff are all very friendly and efficient and the online booking process is simple. Gracie always smells lovely when she comes home thanks to the bath on departure. Highly recommend the kennels.

Charley and Polly has a fantastic experience at Acacia Ridge Pet Resort. We have just returned from living in WA and the move was extremely stressful. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating and friendly. I recommend ARPR to all of my friends!

The team at ARPR looked after our dogos (RIP Thor Boy) SO WELL! they were as happy as ever on drop off and pick up. They had even been bathed and brushed!

Very happy with our experience with Acacia Ridge pet resort!!! Our little dude Sirius had an overnight stay, and went willing with the staff at Acacia Ridge Pet Resort. When we came to collect him the next day he was extremely happy and had had a bath and looked very cute and was so very happy to see us! I would not hesitate to use them again!

My dog is booked in to stay during Christmas and this will be his fourth stay. He has stayed at the luxury and standard kennels, both times he has come back happy with no issues. He is always excited to go and also turned back to go back inside when we leave. Never had a issue and trust them with my pet.

We discover them couple of years ago, since then we have been taking our dog here every time we go on holidays.It has been working perfectly for us, a safe place that take well care of our dog. More importantly, there are more dogs for her to play and integrate , which she needs as we find hard to get her friends were we live.

So disappointed. We got Kennel Cough!!!! We dropped our 6 month pup off at 7am in peak Christmas period with flights to catch on a few hours later and when we arrived there was a massive sign on reception saying they had an outbreak of kennel cough. I was rather upset as I thought an email out to all owners would have been more responsible so that owners could make a choice and try to find alternative arrangements for their pets. I felt like I was backed into a corner by the resort and left so distressed.
I kept asking throughout our 10 day holiday how our pooch was doing and they kept assuring me she was fine but fussy with her food. 24 hours before hand again i emailed asking about the health of our dog and was reassured she was healthy and fine.
As soon as we got her home she was showing signs of full blown kennel cough and ended up in emergency as the cough was so severe. Our vet advised that this was definitely kennel cough in its most chronic stage which makes me wonder if they looked after her at all.
There is signs on the door stipulating no visitors or checks available and the fences are so high that you cant see what conditions the animals are in.
I feel so mislead by this company. I hand them a healthy dog and in return I get a sick one back. Its very poor service.

Our dogs love going on holidays at Acacia Ridge Pet Resort. They are always excited to go there and return happy and healthy. They take great care of our dogs and we love seeing photos of our pets having a great time. It’s reassuring to know they are safe and well looked after while we are away. Highly recommend.

Appeared happy and well cared for on pick up . My Doberman was sick & vomiting for a couple of days . My elderly jack russell returned healthy and happy after her stay in Deluxe suite. Will take them back and see how my Doberman goes a second time . They both smelt fresh and clean .

Every time I take my dog to Acacia Ridge Pet Resort, my girl is greeted with familiar faces, Abbey and all the girls who work there are so caring and friendly. Chloe is very happy to go with them. I know she has an amazing time socialising with other dogs and getting lots of cuddles and playtime. Chloe always comes home smelling clean after a hydrobath and is exhausted. I highly recommend the luxury kennels, they are awesome with there own tv, air con and private courtyard, very spoilt. I love to see updates on the Acacia Ridge Pet Resort Facebook page and find them very good value for my money Thank you for taking such good care of my little girl….

My dog, Rusty, was a grumpy and temperemental all thing. Ever time he stayed at Acacia Ridge Pet Resort he was happy, well fed and played with other dogs.
He also had a phobia of water but the owners of Acacia Ridge were able to bath him and he was happy to go back again time after time.
I cannot say how much it meant to me that I knew my dog was being well cared for while I was away, whether it was for a weekend or for several weeks.
