They cut my little Cavoodle’s ears (both sides). She was bleeding when I picked her up. The lady just told me, “your puppy was moving, and that happened”. My puppy was depressed for about a week and struggled to go outside. Very careless and irresponsible! Not recommended!

Never taking my dog here again. Generally I drop him off and grab him when they call me. As it was already 2 hrs that had passed I drove back and waited at the front in my car watching my labradoodle get his haircut. From what I saw I didn’t like the way he was treated. AT ALL!!! He was hating it. Panting super fast. Not only that I couldn’t even see any water bowls for the dogs when I went to grab him. I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody. If I was working with dogs on a daily my day would be made. I’d be pretty stoked. None of them even had a smile on their dial. I’m not about to put my dog through that again.

Unfortunately I think they have bit a bit more than they can chew. Upon arrival staff under the pump, all flustered. Way too many dogs their at once…My boy was rushed… Tail not brushed, ears not done, uneven cut all over over his body. Really upsetting for the price you pay. He also has what looks like slight razor burn on his groin area. I won’t be taking him back.

I have never been more happy with my experience with Williamstown dog grooming, not only was Jake happy when we picked him up, he looked wonderful, it was money well spent and I will not have to look for another groomer to take Jake to, we also liked how they did all there grooming out in front of all the customers, I recommend this place for anyone to bring there beloved family dog, thank you team.

This is the second time my wolfhound cross has been to this establishment.. Wow what can I say they were fantastic as my dog can get quite nervous around people that she doesn’t know and they took wonderful care of her.. The girls there are so patient and look after her, she came home with a great groom. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place as the dogs are all so well looked after.

Today I have seen a recording that absolutely made me sick to my core! The dog had clearly been poorly treated, he was severely dehydrated, could hardly walk from standing for hours & could not breathe… how is this business allowed to treat animals/ peoples loved ones like this? Itis absolutely appalling. Would never bring my pet here!

Our Powderpuff Luna was matted and required a good groom. I asked to keep her length if possible as it’s winter and she hates the cold. I was so impressed when I picked her up a beautiful cut (not clipped down to the skin as with other groomers) she was happy and stress free. Thank you she is so precious to us and I appreciate you listening to my needs regarding her groom.
