Reviewed on GoogleI set up an appointment for my dog to get a bath as well as his nails cut. When I walked in the door, the manager rudely told me that I had to wait outside because only one dog is allowed in at a time. When I was called, although I had my dogs vaccination records, they told me that they couldn’t take him because the vaccination records were hand written with no expiration date. What difference does it make? My dog received his rabies shot on 9/12, about a month ago. The manager Tara was very rude, stating that it is Petsmart’s policy to require all dogs to have printed vaccination records. Meanwhile, I called another Petsmart in the area, and they informed me that they would take our dog’s vaccination records as is!!! I am very pissed because this specific Petsmart completely wasted my time and the attitude from the manager was totally uncalled for from the moment I entered into the shop! Please whatever you do, DO NOT go to this location in Woodbridge for any of your pet’s grooming needs!!!! It will only lead to frustration!!!!

Reviewed on GoogleI’m not sure about these guys yet. I took my dog here after I updated my pets rabies vaccine. I wasn’t able to afford it for a little while so he got bad. They refused him due to many matt’s. We took him back home and cut his hair ourselves. Now he has no Matt’s and I’m not sure if I’ll take him back again. I have had good experiences at other petsmarts but this one has rubbed me the wrong way.

The trainer, Jeannie, was honest with us up from that classes wouldn’t help. Instead of just saying good luck, she took the time to give me suggestions for how we can condition him to be comfortable with touching his eye. We tried her suggestions and had immediate success. Thank you so much!

Ive been taking him there for quite a while and booked his appt a week in advance because I wanted a specific stylist for the grooming salon and she’s usually booked. During the appt I get a call from a different stylist telling me she needs to shave him down because of the matting. I told her I didn’t book with her and I wanted to speak to the original stylist. The stylist I booked with would never call me and tell me she needs to shave him down as I’ve been taking him there regularly and maintain his coat at home regularly. The stylist said she was booked up and needed help which is why the other girl was just helping her bathe and dry the dogs. 30 mins later I get a call from the manager telling me the stylist nicked my dogs paw and he’s being taking to the hospital. When I asked him who was cutting his hair he wasn’t sure, which gave me the feeling that the original stylist gave her appointment to the other one. They’re extremely unprofessional, the manager wasn’t able to answer any of my questions of the severity of the accident and the stylists only care about getting as many appointments as possible instead of focusing on maintaining the trust of their customers. If I could give them less than 1 star I would.
