Staff were very rude and unfriendly. Quality of care was poor and I was very unimpressed with the services. It is a toxic place and would not recommend it to anyone.

I took one of my guinea pigs here, late afternoon on a Friday (as it was an emergency and my regular vet was closed). They’re a bit more expensive than my vet in Murrumba Downs, but great service! I’d recommend them for any guinea pig parents near Albany Creek.

Wonderful staff took great care of our precious puppy for just shy of 16 years. Just received a beautiful, hand written card and paw print in the mail as we had our sweet girl euthanased last week. Thank you to all the staff who took such great care of our Roxie throughout the years. From Trudi for giving her a passing grade at puppy preschool (even when she hadn’t done her homework); Stephen and Justin, Cheryl and Andrea for your care and compassion; to Ashlee for your support and allowing her to move on to the rainbow bridge with dignity. ❤ Such a friendly and professional team… although, Dr Kevin and Nurse Fatema tend to sleep on the job a bit too much. 😉

We have been using Albany Creek Vet for about 14 years now and can not that them enough for the care they gave and give to our dogs.

Nurses are very friendly, caring and just amazing, always ready to help and give some advice.
Especial thank you to Dr Steve and Justine who looked our beloved Daisy and Lilly and went extra mile to provide the best care they possibly could.
We fully trust them and know that our new babies Poppy and LuLu are in the best hands and care.
Highly recommend AC vet to anyone.

We were devastated to have to euthanise our dog there on Christmas Eve. We were of course so, so sad; but I could not fault the beautiful staff there who helped us through the process. From the moment we walked through the door they knew who we were and gave us a room to wait in, explained everything clearly and kindly, and took the time to make sure us and Doggo were comfortable and ready. They sent us a lovely hand-written card in the mail with his pawprint too, which we will treasure.

While they are by no means the closest vet to us, we will definitely ensure we return for our other dogs care and vaccinations in the future.

My girl was taken there on Friday 17/9/21 needing urgent surgery. After being turned away from a couple of vets earlier, she was getting really life threatening. Ashlee was fantastic & kept me update as to her progress all day. It appears with the excellent attention my girl received at this practice by Ashlee & her colleagues, my girl has such a big chance of surviving. Thank You so much for caring for Tiny. recommend this practice anytime.

We had both our dogs treated at Albany Creek Veterinary Surgery these past 2 weeks. Ava our Boxer had a very fast growing Mast Cell Tumour. Dr Ella was so loving and caring and removed the tumour 2 weeks ago (quite a large operation). She has been texting to check on Ava and today she gave us the good news that it was a Grade 1 tumour and she had managed to remove it all. So happy. While we were waiting for Ava’s results our 14 year old miniature poodle suddenly stopped eating and drinking and was barely moving. After a couple of days of this we took him down to AC Vet and he was cared for by Dr Zac. Such a kind and caring person-told us Benji was VERY dehydrated and he suggested putting him on a drip all day to see how that went. We picked him up that night and what a difference. He was eating and drinking and almost back to his normal self. Thank you Zac – we thought it was going to be a totally different outcome. All the staff there are wonderful and caring – couldn’t recommend them more highly. Teresa and Roy

Helpful ReviewThis is the most irresponsible Veterinary I have seen.
I make an appointment a day before for a nail trimming, they sent me and my puppy to a separate room for waiting, without any reason, and 45 minutes later , still waiting, and no one come.
And when I went to them, they are just sorry.
Being at the vet by itself is stressful for a puppy, and my dog was completely calm. I didn’t understand why I had to wait in a separate room and why 45 minutes?

Our beautiful dog has terrible anxiety and is aggressive towards other dogs and I am always so nervous when I have to take him to the Vet but the staff are very understanding and always put me at ease but most importantly, keep our dog and surrounding dogs safe. Ella looks after him and she is gentle, understanding of his nature and a really lovely Vet that makes me confident he is in very good hands. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending our Vet.
