Amazing staff and an amazing space
We were referred because our cat was having issues with his eye due to cat flu
The waiting area has a sectioned off cube for cats, which helped with keeping our cat calm
The staff are all so amazing

Unfortunately, my 19 year old cat (Zoe) was referred to this clinic by my Vet for a sudden neurological issue. I was given a few options to find out what was going on but due to her age I decided not to intervene. I decided that she should be at peace. I cannot thank the staff enough. It was a very difficult time and all the staff were professional, respectful and caring.

Thank you to the amazing staff that took care of us and our amazing kitty, Tequila who had to come in for an infected cat fight abscess. We were welcomed and made to feel part of the family. Our Vets were extremely fun and took all the stress out of the situation by laughing and joking with us. They took extremely good care of Tequila and we are so grateful and thankful! What a fantastic experience! Thank you Team! 🙏🏼

We had to bring our dog in for an emergency visit one evening. The nurses and vet were super organised and extremely kind. Our vet even made a suggestion outside of what we were initially there for which has now put us on a path for our dogs health we would have never known, thank you so much team! As much as we didn’t want our dog to be sick that night…. we were so glad we came !

Had to say goodbye to my senior cat Roman a few weeks ago and the staff at BVSC were patient, professional, very knowledgeable and kind. I could not have received better care for Roman who was suffering from kidney disease. It was heartbreaking.

Professional, yet incredibly kind and supportive staff. Explained the procedures and costs all along the way. Never felt pressured. I know that my late husband’s faithful companion was given the very best diagnostic help and Dr Harvey and staff were sad that there was nothing they could do. I know that we gave Jordie every chance we could. Jordie and his Dad are together again, pulling weeds somewhere.

My gorgeous (almost) 14 year old cat, Klaus, was referred here in January for suspected lymphoma after having GI issues on and off for a few weeks. Klaus had always been a scaredy cat due to trauma in his very early life but Dr James and the other staff made Klaus feel as comfortable and safe as possible. Unfortunately despite attempting oral chemo, Klaus took a sharp downward turn and we were told after a night in BVSC emergency Dr James personally called to break the awful news that he had developed Leukaemia. Dr James was kind, gentle and patient with me whilst also ensuring to always be realistic with the prognosis of any options I was presented with. We opted to help Klaus cross the rainbow bridge so that he wouldn’t suffer with pain and discomfort. Saying goodbye to my bestest buddy was incredibly difficult, but Dr James and the staff at BVSC made it as easy and peaceful as it could be.

When our usual vet was closed we were directed to albany creek BVS seen to very efficiently, and our puppy was in the best care, everything explained thoroughly. OPEN 24/7 Cause if somethings going to happen its out of hours for sure 🙄

We took our 9 year old cat here and were very impressed with the knowledge, care and professionalism shown by Dr James Foster. He was very thorough in understanding the problem, suggesting a way forward and following up. Normally a grumpy girl with strangers, our cat was very comfortable with him. We recommend BVSC for anyone with a cat

Whilst I am writing this review with a ?heavy heart?, having only four weeks ago sent my dear baby to the ?angels? to care and love, I have to offer my sincere thanks to Dr Rod Straw and his wonderful team of doctors and nurses for giving Sandie an extra three very good years that she otherwise would not likely have had.
