Trashy Woman who works there that drives a black Toyota 86 gave me a really bad BJ in the car park, like one of the worst I’ve received(she needs lessons). It’s good they try and go the extra mile in customer service.
But my dogs ok now.

What a wonderful vet practice! Our Lab, Rocky, required surgery while we were travelling through Ballina. A super friendly, knowledgeable team who kept us updated during the day of Rocky’s progress. A thorough handover with oral and written discharge instructions. Plus a contact the day after surgery to see how Rocky was. Thank you for taking such good care of our boy, it was a delight dealing with you all.

Being a new customer due to travel our 11yo Labrador Maddie needed surgery. Felt at ease leaving Maddie knowing she was in great hands. Kirsten was extremely helpful, caring and understanding. The text message from Maddie saying she is ready to be picked up was a nice touch. Upon return to remove stitches, they came outside to Maddie being less stressful for her and rewarded her with treats. I highly recommend this team, they go over and above. Thanks to everyone. 😘🐾

Very happy with our experience as we got a last min appointment right before closing time at 630pm when all other vets were closed. Ian is very experienced and could diagnose our dog’s problem without any expensive or unnecessary tests which we are sure someone of much lesser experience would have undertaken.. Highly recommend
