My pets behaviours (2 dogs, 1 cat) have varied each time we go into the vets. Our latest venture for our yearly checkup and vaccinations didn’t go very smoothly.. with:
1. our most relaxed animal (cat) not letting anyone near him with the vax
2. most loving/cuddly border collie becoming defensive
3. our most anxious who is normally the worst (mini dachshund) taking the vax like a champ.
The Vet and Nurse were very professional and showed genuine concern with the unusual behaviour shown, which made me feel less anxious about the overall situation.
At the end of our appointment they were able to give some advice/tips on how to calm the animals prior to future appointments.
I would highly recommend taking your animals to VetLove, you can tell they adore the all the animals they see!

What a wonderful and caring feeling to know your puppy is in the right place when you walk in. Lovely big open waiting room clean fresh and such a happy environment. Staff greet you warmly and your puppy and are extremely helpful. Drs are kind gentle they listen and answer your questions give advice and really show that they love their job. 10 out of 10 ❤️👍

These ladies accommodated our girl today an we are so very appreciative 🙏 our usual vet was unavailable due to flooding😭 thank you for welcoming us into your practice.. we praised you guys so much when we got home..We sleep a little better because she sleeps a little better 🙏🥰

VetLove Ballina was recommended to me by quite a few people. I decided to move my pets care to them and am so glad I did. My first appointment turned out to be involved when a dental check up lead to teeth needing to be removed. I must say that from the very first contact I was treated so professionally and with genuine care. I felt really heard and the stress of the situation was taken away by calm, clear leadership from the team there. Dr Simon treated my dog as if it was his own. He was great. Jess, Belinda, Emily – thank you! The level of care, quality of work and support after the procedure was everything a worried per owner could hope for. Furthermore, they did so much more work and really managed the costs so generously. I would recommend this practice to anyone whole heartedly.

The trip to the vet for my two dogs is not something they are concerned about. They love all the staff and drag me into the waiting rooms. None of the anxieties I often hear about. VetLove Ballina has helped me to keep my dogs healthy and happy over the years. They provide an excellent service and great all round veterinary care.
