Friendly staff. Prices on feed aren’t bargains. Cheaper to visit a farm stockist for chicken feed. Changing variety of birds but haven’t been there to see any ill-treated animals. Being open 7 days a week, convenient to sometimes visit to find things not available at competing suppliers or when other suppliers aren’t open on Sunday’s or public holidays.

Birds are kept in absolutely filthy conditions !!! Disgusting & should be reported. Felt so sorry for the birds & some looked unwell & one parrot was holding his foot up, probably injured.

Crammed with animals with terrible living conditions. Extremely warm inside and minimal water and no con from the birds or workers that make the workers work without a air con to keep cool they want the birds and workers to get overheated that is so wrong and also display dead fish and birds outside it so disgusting. If they was a dead animail do not display it outside it unecessary why would you do that. The staff and so rude and do not show respect at all they are just useless. Also it is so messy all the time it should be clean at all times not when they fell like cleaning it. I personality think it should close down

Birds are sociable, expecially parrots. They are kept in small cages.These bird have filtered sunlight and kept indoors. Not a natural environment for such beautiful animals. Looks like a bird farming organizations.

Poor conditions, especially for the small mammals, i would not shop here again. I am deeply disturbed with bird sitting in their own filth with no perches and not seperating genders with rats, guinea pigs etc. And the mite infestations eating away the rats tails. Very sad.
