    Very unprofessional, told me I had to take me dog to the vet as he had to many mats, ended up taking him to paw stars in rose bay and they done everything for half the price.

      Thank you for contacting us regarding your experience at DOGUE Bondi.

      We are sorry that we were not in a position to groom Remi on Saturday. As we explained at the time, Remi’s face was very matted, and our groomer was not comfortable at having to go so short. We always try our best with all dogs in our care and over the year that Remi has been with us, we have been working with him to have positive grooming experiences.

      Ultimately it is the groomer’s call and if they do not feel comfortable due to the condition of the dog or for other health and safety reasons, we will recommend that you go to a vet. We are happy in this instance that you were able to go to another groomer.

    My dog absolutely loves going to Dogue! We can’t even walk past the shop without her trying to drag us inside. She always smells so nice and is super clean afterwards. We completely trust Dogue with our pup. Definitely recommend!

    We’ve been coming for years with my late Cavoodle Pickles. When puppy Cosmo came to us, we went back to Dogue Bondi. Over the years team members and managers changed but service remains constant. They are good with dogs and friendly with humans. I always recommend them as people often ask where we go for grooming when see our dogs.

    The owner sold me a shock absorbing leash way too small . I thought it had an extension part – no it was the anti shock absorber strap . I also bought two harnesses . Went back next day to say , the leash is too short – RUDE as . So not ever going back !

    I’ve been using Dogue over various locations for many years but since moving to the Zetland area I got to experience Dogue Zetland and I can never go back! Richie, Diana and the team are super attentive, super friendly and always so welcoming. The grooming is fantastic and my dog loves going to day care. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

    I was recommended to take my puppy to Dogue from friends for a scissor cut. When I picked Kumi up I was delighted with the whole experience she looked and smelt delicious. The staff are also very in tune with our little furry friends

    I have been taking my dog Monty here for 6+ years now for grooms. The girls in the store are all so lovely and helpful. The groomers always do such a great job.     The team at Dogue are consistently friendly and professional. I take my Groodle there fortnightly and their dog groomer is excellent. My dog Max is always happy to see the team and there is no anxiety to leave me, which is a really good sign that they treat him right. I highly recommend Dogue.

    My toy poodle is not usually a good client but at Dogue, they understand her anxiety and are very kind and gentle with her.     If I could give a 10 star review I would. What can I say for the first three years of my JackJack’s life he spent much of his time here

    In fact if we didn’t keep a 1 km radius from Dogue I would be pulled very fast by my 5 kg toy cavoodle To the doors of Dogue.

    I have fond memories of Jack barking to be let in so he could play with all his human and dog friends. I think he was five months old when he first started coming there.

    Just picked up my cavoodle and so unhappy! When I was asked by the receptionist what I wanted this time I said I wanted the same as last time but DO NOT trim her legs ( which is what I always say cause I want them to remain long). So when I picked her up she had her legs shaved!!!!! Looks so bad…. I suggest you guys should let us speak directly to the cutter so the receptionist cannot get it wrong! $90 down the drain….

    We have had the most positive experience with Dogue Bondi Junction. On our most recent visit, the staff called to let us know that our puppy wasnt feeling well and suggested we pick up him up and take him to the vet. Although they had already washed him, they insisted on not charging us and were so concerned with his well-being. They have already scheduled him in for his next groom at late notice! Highly recommend Dogue having used a few groomers in the Eastern Suburbs.

    I would like to report how disappointed i was with your teams inability to follow my simple instructions, “to simply wash my dog and remove a very small number of small knots, and do not cut his hair”. Instead you clipped his toe nails, cut the hair on his face and head changing his appearance, shaved his armpits and his whole groin area from the bottom rib down. He is now red raw under his arm pits

We always strive to create a positive experience for all of our grooming customers (two-legged and four) and we do apologise that we have not met these high standards. When a dog is matted, in some cases it is in the best interest of the dog to shave the mats instead of brushing out to avoid pain and further irritation. We will always try to discuss this on consultation to avoid any surprises. We do offer an all-inclusive grooming service that includes nail clipping, so if you would not like this performed on your next visit we will make a note in your file.     The staff at dogue are so friendly and helpful and Harlie my Cavoodle looks gorgeous after her wash cut and fluff. The staff listen to what you want and my puppy seems very happy. Highly recommend dogue!

    I would only ever get my dog clipped at Dogue. He gets very stressed at other places, but never there, they look after him so well and everyone comments on his cut and how cute he looks. Nothing is too much trouble. They are fantastic!

    I took my dogs to have they hair done and was perfect! I was very pleased with the service. Also my little dog sometimes goes to day care and I have to say that she really enjoy. The girls at DOGUE bondi are very lovely.

    The staff are lovely and have a genuine passion for animals. My dog has been getting groomed there for years, they do an amazing job at a reasonable price. They sell nice accessories and treats too.

    Margaret and the team at Dogue always treat our miniature schnauzer Albert like a prince! His haircuts are always wonderful and he comes back smelling great.
    We also attended the puppy school a few weeks back with Vet Katrina Warren that gave us some practical tools to helping with puppy behaviour – this is highly recommended in the first few months of bringing your new puppy home.

    I brought my puppy in for a styling the other day and was so impressed by the courtesy and charm of the staff, from the receptionist (Jo?) to the quality of the trim. We looked great for our christmas photoshoot!

    My pup Diesel has been going to DOGUE for years and he absolutely loves it! As soon as we turn in the direction of Bondi junction he starts crying in the back seat of the car and if you open the car door he will literally pull you into the store!
    He is always exhausted after a day at day care and looks so so handsome after his clip. All retail staff are super helpful and i would definitely recommend DOGUE to every dog owner!
