Nothing but great things to say about Bow Wow Meow insurance. I adopted a kitten and I wanted to have insurance for peace of mind especially not knowing who his parents were or what conditions they had. I recently had to have him blood tested twice as he was coughing a lot and Bow Wow Meow took care of most of the costs. I have the top cover and it’s so worth it for me. I’ve submitted numerous claims for vaccinations, blood tests, consults, etc and I always get money back within 2 business days. I highly recommend Bow Wow Meow insurance for your pet!!

I have mostly excellent experience with BOW wow Meow Pet insurance paying claims submitted for my dogs. I have now have five dogs insured and it has been most beneficial with delaying long term epilepsy case and a spleen removal/ snake bite/ insect sting. and rear hind lameness. Pet insurance provides our family with better value then health insurance still!

I’m so grateful for this place. Our little puppy has had two surgeries over the last month and BMW have done exactly as their policy says and it has saved so much stress. The level of benefit is very low, in that I have found they will reclassify a diagnosis so they wont need to pay out as there is a new excess. for example our excess had been reached with cytomas, however the next time our dog had a cytoma they said it was a skin mass and so there was a new diagnosis and a new excess, and as such no benefit was paid.

It seems you may have one of our older policies as none of our new policies have an excess. Despite COVID claim was paid within a week. Emails were responded to promptly and calls attended quickly. Our vet and emergency vet were both able to submit for us to speed things up.
