Staff is AWESOME, kind, knowledgeable, and are always cheerful! The manager even dealt with a disgruntled customer who came in with patience, and more professionalism than I would have shown this rude person. Great for pet basics like food and treats. Toys and supplies can be less expensive at Kmart or smaller D2C suppliers. They have a rewards program and gave me a new puppy swag bag which was nice, and the staff in store were attentive and helpful.

I’ve been shopping at pet barn for ages and all the staff have always been so friendly and helpful. All my cat supplies I have purchased here from premium brands and I’ve usually trusted their advice. Recently I bought fresh raw cat food for my Ragdolls and it was off when I served it the day I brought it home. I froze the rest of the food because I wasn’t sure if all of it was off. Later after opening and smelling the other packages they were acidic and brown in colour. I was really disappointed when the ladies at the counter refused to replace it due to the fact that I froze it and there was a promotion on my original sale. Yet this is a raw product and this is what their staff member told me to do. I feel they have not honored the original deal nor a regular customer in this particular circumstance. I will look for other pet stores who can provide better customer care.
