Here's a summary of the most recent reviews on The Pet Community
Hey there, pet lovers! If you're on the hunt for top-notch pet supplies and services, let me spill the beans about the experiences folks are having at PetSmart Cleveland. The staff there? Absolute gems! From Michael, the manager in Dalton who's a lifesaver for those long-haul trips, to the super sweet cashier who brightens your day, it seems like friendliness is their middle name. Customers rave about the store's cleanliness and the great deals on offer, even if some reckon the prices are a tad steep – but hey, can you really put a price on your furry friend's happiness? Not everything's purr-fect, though. There's a bit of a meow mix-up with the cat toy selection and some hiccups with the live bird listings. And let's not forget the occasional snip-snap oops during grooming – PetSmart, let's keep those doggie do's safe, shall we? But on the bright side, the store's not shy on variety, boasting a wider selection than its rivals and even hosting a kitten adoption center to melt your heart. So, whether you're in it for the fish, felines, or Fido, PetSmart Cleveland welcomes you and your little critters with open arms. Just keep an eye out for those sales and coupons for a budget-friendly spree!

Michael the store manager in dalton ga was absolutely amazing he saved me a 100 mile round trip on a product. I called Cleveland first to see if their stock online was correct before I drove all the way there and the lady I talked to told me if it said they have it they do but they didn’t Next store I called was dalton ga Michael took his time to look it up and helped me get another product that was similar. Cleveland should have employees that go above and beyond like the dalton location.

Store is neat and clean, would have given 5 stars but the selection of cat toys was disappointing.

Super friendly stuff. The lady who checked me out was super sweet to me and my daughter dispite the fact of having a very difficult customer before me. They had everything I was looking for my difficult to use the little box kitten and some really good deals too.

PetSmart likes to talk about how they will do refunds on food if your pet ends up not liking the food. Trusted them on this, bought some cat food and my cat did not like it at all. Took the food back to exchange it and they wouldn’t exchange it. Waste of money and time.
