We have a 2 year old toy poodle and a 7 month old Rhodesian Ridgeback that get groomed by the team at dog groom room. Both dogs absolutely love going there and our boys always come out looking great, smelling beautiful and happy. Thanks girls for always doing a fabulous job! Highly recommended

I highly recommend Cathy from Dog Groom Room. Since January I have been taking my beagle pup Gia to get groomed every second week because I know what Gia gets from Cathy, no commercial groomer will provide and I say this from experience. I know with Cathy she is safe, loved and totally pampered. What is most important is that Gia has formed a beautiful bond with Cathy and is always super happy and excited when I drop her off and so relaxed when I pick her up that she always snoozes after her groom. What more can you ask for, happy dog, happy mama 😁

The first time we went the lady was so lovely, even gave our baby a blue bow. It than changed owners, and the new lady has no idea how to talk to people, we used her 3 times she was rude all 3 times. Once to my husband, twice to me. She also makes you feel bad about the state of your dogs coat, declaring leaving it to long between baths and that they are too mattered. She put a tie on once, then next 2 times stopped with any extras, but still charges too much, and makes you pay cash!!! Will never use again. Just so so rude! Even continued to message me rude messages, have had to block her number.

She’s pretty amazing in turning 1st time grooms into a great experience. Mr pickles is our calming mascot who helps with dogs with anxiety dog. He sits on tables next to our fur clients in a calming and reassurance manner.

Archie is our beautiful fluffy old man, he has such a great time at the groom room. He also comes back looking shmick every time and we constantly get comments at the dog park about how great he looks post visit.
Archie and Cath have a beautiful relationship and he really enjoys his time at the groom room.
Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a groomer who makes your dog feel loved and at home, as well as providing an incredible service.

Cathy has been so fantastic with our groodle Marty! He was initially very anxious and fearful about grooming and it was a miserable experience. With Cathy’s help Marty has transformed into a dog who enjoys being groomed, his eyes light up when he sees Cathy. He is so relaxed during the process and afterwards. Cathy has been wonderful in giving us guidance about complex coat maintenance for our poodle cross curly haired boy with food allergies and a tendency for itchiness. Cathy communicates really well and we always love how Marty looks and smells after his grooms!

I cannot thank Cathy enough for taking such great care of my 8 month old Groodle Max. Hi Robert thanks for your feedback. Apologies Robert, yes the phones were crazy coming out of Covid lockdown, I’m a sole trader working from home, most calls and messages are checked late at night. During this time my phone was being replaced due to I’m being dropped. If you like to book happy to give you a 10% discount on your appointment. Today was my first visit with my Cavoodle who was in desperate need of a groom after months of lockdown. I originally had an appointment booked in elsewhere but they cancelled on me at the last minute without any indication of when I could come in, but Talia was able to help. My little Cavoodle is so much happier now he has had all the extra fur removed and he looks so much better.

Tahlia did such a beautiful job grooming my puppy, she looked and smelt divine! Even managed to cut a love heart shape in her fur, loved the job she did. She also went above and beyond to help me get my dog to and from her wash and groom while home schooling, lovely lovely lady!

We had a very good experience with this business. The owner and groomer Talia did a great job with the groom and is very friendly and caring towards the dogs. Also my poodle didn’t have to wait in a cage for her turn, and therefore came home very happy and pretty. I highly recommend this business.
