l was so incredibly impressed with the prompt and amazing service that l received late last night. A public holiday. The doggy door broke and William organized for Danny to come at 10.30pm last night to replace it. l highly recommend Ometek Glass if you need any repairs done in your home.

Highly recommend. On time, great communication – HIGHLY quality work – and SAME DAY JOB. We had been quoted 10-14 day turn around for our Dog Door installation from other suppliers. They also advised we needed anew glass. The team at Ometek were able to assess our glass, and install our door ONSITE and the SAME DAY! without a need for new glass! If your looking to install a dog door – Stop searching – these guys are your answer!!

I texted William for a price quote to install a dog door and change the glass. he gave me a price I didn’t agree to and told him I found a cheaper one. He offered me a much cheaper price in return for cash payment, and after I called him, he answered me in a disrespectful way and told me I will talk to you later. Frankly, I do not know what this method of dealing with customers is, is it mockery or manipulation Although I see that he received good reviews in advance, but I don’t know why anyway, thanks, William.

William installed a doggy door in our sliding glass door. We weren’t sure it would be feasible but William was able to look at the glass, assess it and put in the door in one visit. He explained everything well. He is clearly very experienced and the job was done with a minimum of fuss and cost. I would definitely recommend.

It was a pleasure having William install a doggy door for my mini dachshund. Great and honest communication- from initial measurement, quote and final installation. The entire glass door had to be replaced before installing the pet door (on a cold and rainy day) but William was very thorough and cleaned up after. I enjoyed exchanging dachshund stories with William and the many tips he’s given me (being an owner of dachshunds himself). Even my puppy Bailey felt very comfortable with him. I would highly recommend William’s services!!

William installed a perfectly measured and fitted cat door in a glass window that previous vendors had said was impossible to do so. He was courteous, professional and really efficient , especially given the installation space was difficult to get to. Ometek are excellent value for money and really seem to know their product. Highly recommended.
