I’ve been going to Heritage vet now (although not often as my backyard is netted for my cats) for around 13 years but I was really disappointed when Rob recently charged me $60 for 24 tablets of Lamasil for ringworms for my kitten, which sells for $24.95. It’s not fair to gouge people like that. I continue to use a cream as some of the ringworms have reappeared around Oliver’s face above his eyes. I will find a vet that is much closer to my home as I don’t like walking along busy Sydney Rd with an anxious cat.

It’s a great clinic and my dog love’s it there.They have affordable prices that at some other clinics you just can’t find. When I first took my dog to get vaccinations I was worried she would develop a bad reputation with the vet but she didn’t. Instead now when ever we walk past the vet she try’s to pull us in side. Their is also a lovely vet nurse who my dog adores (Andrea) who is very helpful and caring. They take great care in pets and I would suggest heritage to any body looking for a clinic.

This Vet clinic is supreme! Professional, loving and very precise diagnosis of issues and illness. My girl Pepper had meningitis and lived longer than expected because of the care and accuracy of medications prescribed. They have a delicate and sensitive way of treating a sick ageing dog. I now take my new puppy to Heritage Vets for all her health care needs.

Our family had been taking our 15 year old staffy to Rob since she was a puppy. He has been by far the best vet we have ever dealt with! Great surgeon, lovely to deal with and honest. Pricing is very reasonable and the team have always been great.
If you are looking to take your pet to a vet, I would not hesitate in taking them here. I will continue to take all of our pets to him.

Jasper has been going to Heritage since his little paws could jump higher than life! (6 years).
He always leaves there with a barken smile and a tummy full of treats ready to poop on the grass out the front (that I love to always clean up, NOT).
The honourable staff and carers at Heritage Vets always go above and beyond to not only charish the upmost care for my love of life (Jasper), how ever, for always making sure that I can trust and have faith that I can relax knowing that Jasper is always, in every circumstance taken care of abundantly.
Jasper has always received, flawless, astute care with compassion and respect within a timely manner. I honestly can not reiterate Heritage enough! Bark Bark Bark

I went to Heritage today to get a second opinion about my cats teeth. I was told by my previous vet that I would need a very expensive teeth cleaning, where I had to put my cats under anaesthesia. This didn’t make sense to me as they are quite young, and have been on dental treatments for the last year.
Our vet Jesse was great, and let me know that my cat didn’t have periodontal disease at all, and his teeth looked totally fine, which has saved me a couple thousand dollars!
My cat Vince had a great time, and everyone was so friendly. The person at the front desk was so welcoming (Andrea?) and gave him treats and pats. I’ve never seen him so relaxed at the vet, he was making biscuits on the examination table. Jesse also gave him his booster shots, and a free sample of the Hills dental food.
All around a great experience, I definitely recommend this vet, and I’ll absolutely be coming back! Thanks guys!

Excellent place to take unwell little pets. They managed to fit us in first thing in the morning for an emergency with out an appointment. The staff were friendly, understanding and so helpful. The vet was great and the little pup is on the mend.

Excellent Vet! I went there with my newly adopted rescue cat and the vet did a check up as well as administered needed vaccine. They were gentle with my kitten and got everything done quickly. The nurse is very friendly and bubbly. Very pleasant experience, will definitely return.

The support staff and Vet were absolutely amazing. Very professional and friendly. We had been looking for a perminate vet for a little while and these lovely people were able to fit us in the day after I rang. Diagnosed and sorted out our gorgeous little fur child. Who is now back to normal. Highly recommend these guys.

We have been taking our dog ‘’ Lucky’’ to Rob and the girls at the Heritage Vets clinic for over ten years. Have always been more than happy with the service and care. She reached the mature age of 17 years. We recently had to have her put to sleep by Rob, due to terminal illness. The lead up to that and the actual process, at the clinic was managed with upmost care and consideration for Lucky and ourselves. It made the decision and her passing easier and acceptable, in the way she was put to rest, also allowing us enough time to say our final goodbyes. They handled the cremation and return of the ashes to us. Our gratitude and warm regards to Rob and the girls.

Dr. Susie, is very compassionate and is a well knowledgeable veterinarian. She genuinely cares for the pets she sees. Most recently I had to have my beautiful senior dog Toby, put to sleep because of kidney failure. Dr. Susie explained what was going to happen during each stage.
