There is not enough stars to give this veterinary clinic. The most amazing service, care and just so much love for my pet Harvey. Not all about the money all about caring for my cat. I can not thank you all enough and Kaitlyn reception beautiful service both days I contacted this clinic. Thank you to Sarah the vet that looked after Harvey and doing eventing to get him help he needs.

We had an animal with increasing symptoms and was in distress. Got an appointment, was able to get him seen and had options discussed. We ended up having to euthanasia him but it was done compassionately and in a supportive manner. Followup was encouraged if needed. It was traumatic and tearful saying goodbye but the gentle manner by all staff helped considerably

Charged just short of $1k and “forgot” to dispense the medication I’d paid for when picking up my dog, realised when back in narromine after 2x trips to dubbo already. Go elsewhere, since don sold it it’s garbage

Used to be a fabulous service, but has sadly gone to the gutter since being taken over by Fur Life. Very disorganised, and you get a different vet every time you go, no consistency, no one knows your animals or their history. Very sad.

My family and I took our cat, Cosmo, here today for his irregular behavior at home. Their staff was great, we mixed the times up and showed up an hour late for our appointment and regardless, they still took us in, the lovely lady who saw to us was very kind, very caring and gentle with our cat, there are absolutely not enough words I have to describe how pleasant our experience here has been.
She worked *with* us when I told her we had a very tight and rather small budget, got our cat seen to and was overall very good. I sadly didn’t catch her name but if any of our other pets end up needing a vet trip again, I’m definitely gonna have to find out and give her a personal thanks for her service, could’ve hugged her when she came out with a bill that was just below the designated budget we had.
Great place to take your animals in my personal experience, I believe they have seen almost all of our families animals at least once.
