Always look after my fur babies. I myself feel supported when ever I take the fur babies there. I have a kitty cat and two bunnies and I honestly couldn’t fault the team. Amazing staff with such knowledgeable

My dog was hit by a car. They would not look at her because she was not a regular customer. This is utterly outrageous and ridiculous I am so upset.

Saved my pets life from a brown snake bite. Was a terrifying and very upsetting position seeing her the way she was, the staff were all sympathetic, friendly and very helpful. Duncan is a very friendly and compassionate vet. He operated on our injured dog on Father’s Day of all days. He understands how people feel about their pet and he sent us photos and an update after the surgery, which went well. Thank you Duncan!

Have been with Duncan for several years. Required to put two of my pups to sleep and received nothing but care. Our cat required treatment for a cancer on her nose and this was professionally looked after. Now requires treatment for her ear and vet was very personable. Booked in for further treatment. Receptionist are curtious and helpful.

I just rang this Vet Clinic to make an appointment to have two puppies vaccinated.
Helpful ReviewThe woman doing phone duties asked me if I had been there before to which I answered, ‘no’.
She then tells me to ring around elsewhere because they aren’t taking on new clients.
So rude beyond belief! this clinic only wants to look after their own precious few and when I told her so, her ‘sorries’ are about as sincere as a Rabbit 🐰 impersonating a carrot 🥕.
You should have heard the tone in her voice.
Really glad my time hasn’t been wasted there any further.

A particular “senior vet” literally scoffed and laughed at reasonable questions. Her behaviour regularly hit bizarrely and amazingly rude, prolonged lows without provocation. She was afraid to touch a small, old, unwell but cranky female cat. It often felt like stepping over a line to expect a modicum of care and effort.
I would’ve written off the attitude as a bad day but this occurred over some span of time and several encounters. A challenging time was made harder and more uncertain than it should’ve been and I’ve since wondered if my new vet could’ve significantly changed the course for my animal had she been entrusted to them instead. It has been night and day between vets.
The few other staff along the way ranged from okay to great.

The amount of compassion displayed from staff after losing our beloved dog Rosie was overwhelming. Then to receive a card in the mail with her pawprints…. well I just lost it. I wept. It was a beautiful gesture. Highly recommend them.
