Best vet in eltham. Staff are great and always care about pup and owner, and very well priced – other one is extremely overpriced and only cares about money.

Where has humanity gone? Being fully vaccinated and wearing a mask and STILL can’t be in a room to say goodbye to my 15 year old dog. Too scared to catch covid and can’t afford to shut the business down so won’t allow you to be with your pet, not to mention waited over 40mins even with an appointment. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with a vet. When will this madness end? DISGRACEFUL.

I took my senior dog to Eltham Central Vet for the first time, upon calling for my appointment the staff were understanding, caring and very helpful and were able to provide me with an appointment even though they were busy. Once I sore a Vet I found her to be very helpful and caring towards my dog and offered good advice and overall care. I am very grateful for this positive experience that I had especially towards my senior dog who requires extra care and attention.

After taking my pets to ElthAm Vet for over 20yrs and probably spending over $10,000 in that time, today I asked for assistance in medicating my dog and was prepared to travel 15 kilometres a day so they could assist. I was advised they were very busy at the moment and I would have to pay a consultation fee every day for a procedure that would take 2 minutes. I have no problems with their thoroughness and care of my pets during that time but thought they might be happy to accomodate me in this instance as there is no one at home to help me. Very disappointed that my loyalty to this practice is not reciprocated. Pam
