Review Summary
Here's a summary of the most recent reviews on The Pet Community
Gray Street Veterinary Clinic has garnered a variety of responses from its patrons, highlighting a mix of experiences. Customers have praised the clinic for its expert services, noting the staff's caring and loving approach, even in difficult situations. Many appreciate the clinic for being well-priced and offering additional services like puppy pre-school and accepting convenient payment options such as VetPay. The professionalism and promptness of the staff, alongside their friendly and helpful nature, have been consistently mentioned, making it a recommended place for pet care. However, there's been a note of concern regarding the cost of certain treatments and procedures, which some find to be on the higher side, especially in a mining town where businesses might assume residents have more to spend. Despite this, the overall sentiment leans positively towards the clinic's ability to deliver great care and advice, making it a go-to for many pet owners looking for reliable veterinary services.

Took my dog for yearly medications. The vet knew exactly what was needed When I mentioned that we are moving to the coast, he gave me the right medicine (to give to the dog !) To ward off paralysis ticks.
Overall, very professional vet practice. Also, they were ready for the appointment when I arrived – no waiting.
