Review Summary
Here's a summary of the most recent reviews on The Pet Community
The Natural Vets is a standout choice for those seeking a holistic approach to pet care, with many customers praising their caring and knowledgeable staff. Clients appreciate the thoroughness and dedication of vets like Dr. Henry and Dr. Catherine, who go above and beyond with personalised treatment plans, including alternative therapies like acupuncture and homeopathic remedies. While some have noted that services can be pricey, the positive outcomes and compassionate care have left many pet owners feeling grateful, with improvements in their pets' health often evident. The clinic's ability to tailor treatments to individual pets and maintain open communication is highly valued. However, not every experience has been perfect, with a few customers expressing dissatisfaction with scheduling and communication issues. Overall, The Natural Vets is well-regarded for their commitment to improving the wellbeing of pets, particularly for those looking for natural and comprehensive care solutions.

This is the best vets we’ve ever taken our dogs to. I hardly ever write reviews but it was worth it to us to spread the word of this great clinic. Previous vets haven’t been very thorough with our dogs and left out important info which made us feel in the dark – the COMPLETE opposite is true of The Natural Vets! They inform you about everything, they go through the condition with great detail, let you know about costs, different treatment options etc and also offer alternative therapies which has been very beneficial to our pets healing. I think the biggest thing is that this clinic takes their TIME with your animals and they truly care for animals as much as humans. We are so happy with the treatment of Peanut and will keep coming back and spreading the word on how great it is. Thank you guys! 🙂

Cat Jeynes
Really wonderful vet, traditional vet medicine is often more harmful than good. My cat needed specialist heart surgery and it was able to be done right on the premises by a specialist rather than having to go to Brisbane. They gave her natural potions to take before the surgery to help her through and recover quickly – she was nearly 13 at the time and came through with flying colours. I wish all vets had the training and holistic experience that these guys do!

Thanks for the great feedback!! We hope Madeleine Rose, the jetsetting glamourpuss (who loves nothing more than rolling in sheep poo), is enjoying her new life in England!
