Called up in the morning as my dog was having seizures and was in need of help, was told they would call me back. They never called, so I called them after he had another seizure and was greeted on the phone extremely rudely, she did not offer any sympathy and was so unhelpful. I kept calm and continued being nice, she just snapped back at me and was scoffing even though I was just asking simple questions like “are there any appointments tomorrow?”. This encounter has made me change vets, very disappointing.

Flexible and adaptive service, I have 2 kiddos and my puppa needed his nails trimmed badly as they were sticking to the carpet was able to stay in the car for a click and collect pedicure for my little Harley. Thank you for a stress free service.

Took our dog Meg here, and have been so well looked after. She had a piece of plastic stuck in her bowel and almost passed away. The vets and nurses were absolutely amazing. They even let her stay over night with an IV so she didn’t have to go to the overpriced emergency clinic, and the vet came in late at night 11-12am just to check on her. Also gave us a big discount and said he does not do it for the money. Without a doubt the best experience I have had, and the best vet we have ever been to.

Vets are lovely and welcoming with caring receptionist staff.
Rob, his wife and James are all wonderful vets with excellent reputations.
Their prices are reasonable with medication easily available. They accommodate to VetPay and Pet Insurance.
