Wow! Fantastic customer service from store manager, Josh. He calmly and methodically assessed what was wrong with my fish tank and advised to bring back a water sample for testing. This I did and he tested the water and gave me the solution to the high PH level. My fish now look healthier and happier. Before seeing him, we thought we were going to lose a much loved family pet. Thank you Josh. I will be back.
