Review Summary
Here's a summary of the most recent reviews on The Pet Community
Petbarn Port Macquarie garners high praise for its friendly and accommodating staff, with customers highlighting the excellent service they've received. Many have commended the store for its comprehensive range of products and high-quality pet food at competitive prices. Its pet-friendly policy and additional benefits for members also add to their appeal. Customers particularly appreciate the knowledgeable advice provided by the staff, such as the insightful guidance to resolve fish tank issues. The store's accessibility and willingness to assist all customers, including those with mobility issues, further enhance its reputation. However, there's a call for quality checks as an isolated incident of a subpar product was noted. Overall, the consensus is that Petbarn Port Macquarie is a reliable and helpful destination for pet owners.

Wow! Fantastic customer service from store manager, Josh. He calmly and methodically assessed what was wrong with my fish tank and advised to bring back a water sample for testing. This I did and he tested the water and gave me the solution to the high PH level. My fish now look healthier and happier. Before seeing him, we thought we were going to lose a much loved family pet. Thank you Josh. I will be back.

Wide variety for dog food. Very few attendance if any. Only one register open. Dog food very expensive – price increased dramatically. No justification for such costs for Australian made dog food.
