Now! Port Pet Warehouse knows what customer service is, a lot more stores need to learn from these guys on how to treat and look after customers. PPW know what their talking about and have awesome knowledge on their aquariums and all pet needs.

VERY RUDE COSTUMER SERVICE!!! so I called today to ask if they sell e-collar. A guy answered the call was told that why do I need to phone them again to ask the same question and screamed on me on the phone. But I never phoned them before or even visited their shop! If only I can give 0 stars I would.
