Our “Lucy Girl” , a 10yr terrier mix ,with debilitating anxiety .. had an episode of hoarse coughing & breathlessness Fri.eve.to Sat an.
We scrambled to find a vet that would see us after hours ,
..all other places were closed for the day!
We stayed up through the night watching our baby.. cough ,hack & gag , in such distress ..
(I gave her a very small amount of my Benadryl , just to get her by.
My phone then rang back from Banfield
( of the many calls to different vet practices ,that I made overnight ) .
They left voice mail with openings at Hen. & Web. offices .we took the earlier ,11a appt. And had the great pleasure of meeting Dr Steve deVincetti .. he quickly calmed Lucy , Assessed her lungs & overall health , had a care plan & even trimmed her nails ! We love Banfield !♥️

I took my 60# Pitt mix to be groomed. I’ve always bathed him myself but now he refuses to get in the tub so I brought him here. They did an excellent job and he smells so good. He not only got bathed, they clipped his nails, brushed his teeth and expressed his glands.

They have what I need but I think every petsmart is short staffed because every time I go in henrietta or webster no matter the time there is always only 1 cashier and a decently sized checkout line to wait in
