Very disappointing
I have been having my King Charles Cavi groomed here for the past few years and have always specifically stated I did not want his tail or ears cut( due to past bad experiences) I am aware that if your dog has any matting that the groomer will cut it out and it is for this reason that I always brush his ears and tail before he is groomed. As you can see by the photos below that he has a chunk cut out of his ear. When I rang to complain they insisted that he had a Matt there, I strongly disagree I don’t know what’s happened but he definitely did not have any matting on the top of his ear when I dropped him off. If it was done by mistake admit it but don’t tell me it was there when I definitely know it wasn’t. I was a loyal customer but I won’t be back

it seems that all the animals were very happy
And the staff was really kind and happy to help you but they didn’t have many different animals but it was still fine I didn’t end up buying anything but it was good

Vicki was amazing, after picking up our new puppy and about to head home we thought to drop in and get some supplies, our girls collar was way too tight causing her to drool and vomiting Vicki jumped straight over and helped us get the collar off her which gave her instant relief.
We can thank the staff enough for their help, our girl made it home safe and sound and spent all night exploring her forever home.

I recommend that everyone stop in here and give them the support they deserve, excellent car parking facilities, lots of stock and plenty of knowledge of the products and pets.
If you were my local I would be back every time.

The shop had alotof stock. Saw dog training going on for puppies. They dont have a big mouse range. But everything else seemed to be well stocked and plenty to choose from.

Pretty friendly staff
How ever we ordered and item and was suppose to be called when it came in.
We never got a call to say our order had arrived
Even though the item had been re stocked about a month later
We luckily got the last item on the shelf when we popped in to have a look
I understand restocking is hard during covid
But disappointed we made a specific order that was re stocked but we were never called to come collect.

Got my beautiful Male Beta fish. Great selection of tropical and fresh fish. Brought 5 of my beautiful gold fish. Which are still thriving 3 years later at 27cm in length now
