Rachael, you are an angel! Every time I go in, the staff are so helpful.
Helpful ReviewToday I went in, a bit of an emotional wreck after finding a kitten abandoned and not feeding well. She gave me suggestions and offered further support if she gets in a bad way. So far, we have a very happy kitten and I am finally feeling at ease with her.

Went and got fish here and after pointing out I was overcharged was given the run around,excuses and tried to dodge it. Received no refund and will not be going back. Hunters is alot cheaper anyway.

Helpful ReviewI have been having my King Charles Cavi groomed here for the past few years and have always specifically stated I did not want his tail or ears cut( due to past bad experiences) I am aware that if your dog has any matting that the groomer will cut it out and it is for this reason that I always brush his ears and tail before he is groomed. As you can see by the photos below that he has a chunk cut out of his ear. When I rang to complain they insisted that he had a Matt there, I strongly disagree I don’t know what’s happened but he definitely did not have any matting on the top of his ear when I dropped him off. If it was done by mistake admit it but don’t tell me it was there when I definitely know it wasn’t. I was a loyal customer but I won’t be back

Vicki was amazing, after picking up our new puppy and about to head home we thought to drop in and get some supplies, our girls collar was way too tight causing her to drool and vomiting Vicki jumped straight over and helped us get the collar off her which gave her instant relief.
We can thank the staff enough for their help, our girl made it home safe and sound and spent all night exploring her forever home.
I recommend that everyone stop in here and give them the support they deserve, excellent car parking facilities, lots of stock and plenty of knowledge of the products and pets.

The parking at Petstock is easy to access the store. The Staff are always friendly and helpful with anything you need. If there are items that you are looking for they will only be to happy too order them for you. Or make suggestions to find a place where you can get them from.

We luckily got the last item on the shelf when we popped in to have a look
I understand restocking is hard during covid
