I use Petsmart for their grooming services. I’ve been very happy with the outcome of my pup. However, I suggest that you never bring your cat. I did, and it was horrible. My kitty was so chopped up, and I asked for a lion cut, which did not happen. I can’t believe that I paid $90 with tip for such a horrible experience.

Under staffed, the girl in the fish dept. knew NOTHING about fish. Was not friendly at all, kept trying to walk away from us, & the store had a very poor selection of everything.
