No public restrooms. I’m pretty sure for the volume that petsmart does they are required to provide facilities. They used to have a restroom but now it’s kept locked. That’s potentially illegal. I mean do you want people peeing in your designated outdoor potty area for the pets?

Nice place, decent selection. Typical pet store prices, more expensive than pet stuff at Walmart. One thing I don’t like is they do not have the fresh dog cookie case like Pet Supplies Plus. That is one of the main reasons I go to pet stores is to get the fresh fancy cookies for my dogs birthdays/ holidays.

Banfield really went downhill.
Kept saying my dog didn’t have a rabies shot 6 mos prior when she was brought in… nothing was recorded… i paid for it again, along with others and came home to look through her records and found her tag and paperwork showing she was vaccinated when I thought she was. I want a vet that cares about my dog as much as I do.
