I went in to buy my turtle some fish today I got there and it was a bit busy all cash register were open I clicked the button for the person for fish to come and help me but no one came bout 5 min later I walked to a register and asked the clerk if there was anyone that could help me and she looked at me and told me she was sorry and that it was busy and they wow get to me when they could. I wanted another 5 min and still no one came to help me isn’t there someone that works just for the fish department. There’s always somebody just in the fish department but no there’s nobody there today for the fish department nobody they can help me within 10 minutes that’s obscene. I will not be coming back to your store.

First time in this PetSmart location. I stopped in for fish food. The place was very clean and organized. I was able to find what I was looking for easily. They have a great selection on various products for different pets. There is an adoption center here as well where you can get cats. The customer service of the lady at the register was very courteous as well.

Animals look healthy and clean. I’ve never taken home a sick fish from them before, and the staff is kind, informed, and efficient. Here is a “shubunkin” goldfish I bought there as a baby 2yrs ago [see photo post] with a size comparison- my hand on the glass w his face up to the other side- to show you the quality and care of animals they have available here. “Blue” is almost 1ft long tip to tip.

If I could give them zero stars I would. DO NOT sign up for training classes. Even if you sign up weeks in advance, they call you the day of, 2 hours before class to cancel if they don’t have enough pets and offer a one on one training for almost as much as the several week class. Such poor customer service.

The workers were nice….the last time I was at this location was a few years back and I didn’t have a good experience. This time was much better, the employees were knowledgeable, nice, and they even gave the customers 15% off because the lights went out twice.

If your dog is not a happy, go to anybody kind of dog, do not take them here. No regard at all for a scared, fearful Dog. We lost months of progress in one session of cutting her nails. I told them how scared she was of people that she’s never even nipped at anybody. The first girl didn’t all right job she had to fight with her a little bit, but got it done. The person who took over tied her from multiple things so that she couldn’t move her head at all, which upset her so much that I’m not sure if she’s going to recover from it. 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

How to use the bathroom while out one day ran into PetSmart saw their kittens I have been looking for one for a couple of weeks fell in love with one the girls were very kind and courteous and treated us very well I am very satisfied with my adoption the whole process was quick and easy

Founded what I needed but Adds are miss leading when you look up the most costly things you need to compare werecyou want to shop it looked cheapest it had a sake for 4th of July it said but when you get to the store,price was different and you had to become a member. And that would only save $10.00 .

When I asked for the $10.00 savings on closesvto $100.00 of stuff I was told about you have to be a member and when I said I could go to another store near by he said go.Which kind of made me feel unappreciated. If I would have had more time.I would have left it right there for him.
Beautiful store plenty of merchandise. But sorry to say not the best customer service.
Don’t think I will go back I haven’t decided yet. I had driven all the way back from TN that day and took the time to search for the best deal .but then when I got there even though I looked for in-store deals there wasn’t any inless I sold my info:No thanks .

The perfect first groom experience with my cat Ragnar and groomer, Angie. It’s so hard to find a cat groomer in Maryland but if you have a feline friend in need of a salon day, look no further. Will definitely be making her my go-to for cat grooming in the future.

This store is the definition of inconvenient. I have been attempting to just get my cat’s nails trimmed, no bath, no ear cleaning, just a nail trim. And every time I call I am told I can’t get that done. They won’t see cats over the weekend and I am not sure how they expect people who have full time jobs to come in.
