Our precious Cavalier King Charles Spaniel was looked after by Gina from Paws Galore and one of her wonderful pet-sitting families. We were very happy with the whole experience including the attention to detail and strong connection during the time Buddy was with the pet sitter (daily photos reassured us that he was having a great time!). We would have no hesitation using this service in the future.

Gina’s service is amazing. We needed urgent accommodation for our cats as we had to move out of our house temporarily. Within a day Gina had found someone for us and picked up the kitties. They were so well looked after and they looked so content in the photos that I’m not sure they would have chosen to come home. One of them is a very anxious guy and we were worried about him coping but he settled down pretty quickly with the calm environments. We are so grateful to the care and service that Gina and her lovely carers provided. Highly recommend.

I can’t recommend Gina and the Paws Galore team highly enough!! From the very first phone call, Gina was reassuring and organised, and subsequently sent through detailed information about our confirmed cat sitter very quickly.
Our cat is quite anxious but was cared for so beautifully by members of Gina’s team that she has arrived home more chilled out than I’ve ever seen her! We received daily photos and updates, which gave us peace of mind to be able to enjoy our holiday.
We are so relieved that we found Paws Galore and without a doubt will be using them to look after our cat from now on.

The team of dog walkers at Paws Galore have been nothing short of brilliant and so friendly. We use them regularly for our Staffy-cross puppy who loves her walks and comes home thoroughly exhausted and happy.

My cat Tonks had her first time away which I was nervous about, however with all of the updates of photos and my questions answered, I was put at ease that she was going to be okay.
She seemed to enjoy her sitters and they enjoyed her too.
The pick-up and drop-off went smoothly as well and the drivers were lovely.
I recommend Paws Galore to anyone looking for a personalised service for their furbaby.

Our cavoodle Blaze was looked after by Paws Galore for one week. We have never left Blaze with anyone before so we were nervous about leaving him. Paws Galore service was amazing right from the first interaction. Gina was responsive, reassuring and professional. Our rescue puppy, Millie, had the best time! We were unsure about leaving her as we only rescued her 6 months ago and were worried she would be anxious and think she’d been abandoned again. I was so nervous to leave my 5 year old french bulldog with a pet sitter for the first time. But Paws Galore was amazing, we will be using them again and recommending them to everyone we know with pets. We got so many photo and video updates each day, she looked like she was having the best time ever, I was almost worried she wouldn’t want to come home. We go away to Brisbane every few weekends to visit family and now that I’ve found Paws Galore, I can leave feeling confident that she will be looked after by an amazing family. She slept inside, went for walks, went to to the dog park, played with her toys and had lots of pats and cuddles. If you love your dog like you would your kids, you definitely should use Paws Galore. I can’t recommend these guys enough!

Thanks so much Paws Galore for arranging an amazing holiday for our gorgeous boy, Bob. He had an absolute blast staying with Penelope and Peter….so much so that he is still missing them and slightly depressed to be back in the “normal at home” routine!!😂😂This alone means that he felt very much at home and relaxed with them. I had my 3 year old French bulldog minded for 5 nights recently by Paws Galore.
The customer service and flexibility was better than expected and the pet sitters were amazing. They even picked him up and dropped him
home at no extra cost!
Pictures and videos of Bo snoozing in bed, chilling out at a cafe and running in the park made me enjoy my holiday even more.
I would definitely recommend Paws Galore as a great local business offering a professional service and will be booking Bo in again soon.

Millie our mini Groodle returned a very happy dog after her weekend stay in Lane Cove. I was super impressed with the ease of everything organised by Gina, from initial enquiry to making sure she matched Millie to the right pet sitters. They even do pick up and drop offs which sold it for me. Our minds were eased knowing Millie was in a loving home being cared for as we care for her, as shown in the many photos we received. We will definitely be using Paws Galore again next time we go away.

Shiraz and Mojito had a few wonderful days with the Els family! They were going for walks, played with the kids and seemed to have so much fun. Such a pleasant experience dealing with Gina and her trusted network of dog sitters, we were so worried of leaving the youngest dog (Mojito) as he is a bit nervous and at times scared from unfamiliar noise, but the daily photos and updates was a great way for us to know that our dogs were having as much fun as we did while we were away. I highly recommend Paws Galore. At very late notice Gina found Zuma a wonderful home to stay over the new year. The photo updates show just how at home and welcomed Zuma was. Being in between homes, I didn’t want our cat to be in a Cattery for 51 days so when I found Gina and Paws Galore, I was thrilled that I had another option.
Helpful ReviewOur cat Tipster is being fostered by a lovely lady named Jennifer who has had to ween him off being an outdoor cat during the day to being a full time indoor cat at my request. For this alone she deserves a medal!
I have had daily updates and gained a lot of insight into Tipster’s daily routine which consists mostly of napping, bird watching, work distractor extraordinaire!!
He has certainly perfected his “laying casually” poses and yoga stretches and I can clearly see that he is happy, healthy and is taking advantage of having Jennifer’s undivided attention.
For all of the above, I am thankful and I highly recommend Gina and Paws Galore, her team of foster parents and especially Jennifer.

We used paws galore daily for the last year and they have been the best dog walking service we have ever used. Our little dog Laika is deaf and they always took extra care with her to make her feel part of the pack and she absolutely LOVED our designated walked, David. They always went above and beyond for us and Laika including a birthday present for her. They removed all worries in what has been a stressful year and we are only leaving them because we have moved to the northern beaches.. it honestly was sad for us to no longer be able to use paws galore. Do not hesitate to call them- we will still be using them for sitting!

We needed a last minute house/pet sitter for our 2 rescue greyhounds. Gina was very responsive and found us someone within hours! Marianne was fabulous – she sent pictures of our pups each day, took them on lots of walkies, and took great care of our house. Amazing service. I was in a dilema of what to do as my usual sitter pulled out 5 days before we were going on holiday. Paws Galore found me a replacement sitter within 1 day. I could not rate Gina and the Paws Galore team highly enough. They have so much love for dogs, big and small, and are great at sharing photos of your furry friend’s adventures ☺️ George absolutely loves his walks during the week and really enjoyed his recent weekend stay with Gina and Harley too 🐾

Thankyou to Paws Galore for arranging pet sitting for us at very short notice. David came to meet with us prior to our holiday and George our staffy was very excited and comfortable, which was a huge comfort to us. Ruby soon warmed up to him too!! We had not used pet sitting before and we felt that David went above and beyond to make us feel that our fur babies were being well looked after in their own home. Daily updates and photos put our minds at ease. We will definitely use Paws Galore and hopefully David for any future dog minding. Nerida and Peter

Giselle and the team at Paws Galore were fantastic. We booked our dog in at the last minute and they found a lovely family to look after him for the weekend. They picked him up and dropped him home so it was so easy for us. He had stitches in his neck so needed a little extra care and this was not an issue at all. We will defiantly be using again and have been recommending them to all the dog owners I know.
