Review Summary
Here's a summary of the most recent reviews on The Pet Community
Yanchep Veterinary Clinic is highly commended by many pet owners for their exceptional service, professional and friendly staff, and thorough care for pets. Patrons have expressed their admiration for the clinic's dedication and the personal touch they add to their service, making not just the pets, but also the owners feel respected and cared for. Even during the difficult times of pet euthanasia, the clinic has shown compassion, making the sad experience a bit more bearable for the pet owners. Despite a few negative feedback about one of their vets, the overall positive comments about their top-quality care, clean premises, and reasonable pricing easily overshadow these. With some customers travelling the distance just to see their trusted vets, it's clear that Yanchep Vet is a preferred choice for many pet owners.

These people are absolutely amazing. Since the first time I called them in, they were very reassuring, helpful and understood how much my kitty means to me. Doctor Andrew was really great and explained a lot of things to me and gave my kitty the best care, along with everyone else on the team. Thank you so much to everyone there.

Thank you Colin. So sorry for the loss of your beautiful family member. Our thoughts are with you at such a sad time. It’s an honour to be able to help your pet in time of need and make things a little easier for the family. Deepest sympathy.

She has some major issues. Completly unprofessional and dislike intently. Like to see her take me to court anyday. Would not advise anyone to take a mouse there let alone other animals.

Zann your behaviour was repeatedly rude at every visit. Your unwillingness to fill in the mandatory covid register was intolerable. You were told to leave because of your rude behaviour to our receptionist and our vet. We dont tolerate rudeness or aggression at all. We have zero tolerance for your behaviour. Wishing you all the best. By the way mice are worthy of treatment regardless of their size.
