Review Summary
Here's a summary of the most recent reviews on The Pet Community
Yanchep Veterinary Clinic is highly commended by many pet owners for their exceptional service, professional and friendly staff, and thorough care for pets. Patrons have expressed their admiration for the clinic's dedication and the personal touch they add to their service, making not just the pets, but also the owners feel respected and cared for. Even during the difficult times of pet euthanasia, the clinic has shown compassion, making the sad experience a bit more bearable for the pet owners. Despite a few negative feedback about one of their vets, the overall positive comments about their top-quality care, clean premises, and reasonable pricing easily overshadow these. With some customers travelling the distance just to see their trusted vets, it's clear that Yanchep Vet is a preferred choice for many pet owners.

Hi Jack , so sorry hear you’re not happy. Thanks for taking the time to do a review – it would really help if you could be more specific and give us some more information. Please contact us and let us know how we can improve our service to you. Aways better to hear in person from you as to how we didn’t meet your expectations. Please email us yanchepvet@live.com

I’ve just looked up your records after your last visit. And I remember who you are. Leaving your cats mouth to rot with a painful mess of teeth is not acceptable and cruel. – one of the large molar teeth was so rotten I pulled it out with my fingers. I’m sorry you don’t have the money to provide treatment for your lovely cat. I also didn’t deserve the rude way you spoke to me, and dismissively continued to play on your phone to text for a good five minutes while I tried to treat your cat. Your behaviour was appalling. I wish your cat all the best for the future.

When it comes to your pets you need people who you can count on to help you if they get sick or injured and YVH has the most amazing team to do just that. And they even went above the call of duty and noticed I was struggling with my two little kids and helped me get to the car safely! What a blessing!

Our dog has been going to Yanchep Vet since we moved into the area a couple of years ago.
I cannot fault this place at all, our dog is a nervous nelly when it comes to vet visits but all the team go above and beyond caring for her during her visits and make her feel at ease every time. All the staff are incredibly welcoming and lovely!
Would highly recommend this vet.

The ‘best’ Vet’s in town. Your business has so much integrity, professionalism, knowledge and kindness. I am always greeted with a smile and the follow up care after any surgeries is fantastic. You always get to the bottom of the problem and explain everything clearly and calmly.
We have two dogs that you look after and they love coming and seeing you and the girls. Both dogs have come to you since they were puppies.
The way you have upheld this integrity and professionalism during the Pandemic is impressive, it is a credit to you and your business’s values and work ethics.
I have so much respect for you and your business. This is such an amazing Vets and I highly recommend it to anyone.
