Following multiple appointments over the space of a couple of months, Rhonda continued dismiss our dogs concerning symptoms as “behavioural” but prescribed antibiotics twice just in case of a urine infection despite the test coming back clear on both occasions. We persisted with her, advising something was wrong but she assured us it was just behavioural so when his symptoms continued to worsen after the 2 courses of antibiotics, we took him to another vet who did scans immediately and found our toy poodle was in pain for over 3 months with a bladder stone that was 1cm in size (his only 2.4kgs)

We have been with Rhonda and the team for 25 years, and with 3 dogs over that time. They are fantastic, but I particularly want to call out their care and love for our most recent dog, Jess. A Pyrenean Mountain Dog of some 60 kgs, Jess was larger than life, and had an amazing presence. Rhonda, Steph, Maddy and the whole team were brilliant with her through her more than 12.5 years here with us. As a Giant breed, she was getting old and really starting to struggle recently, and I had to make the call we all hate as pet owners 2 weeks ago. I took her down to them and we sat and went through the process. But this is where it was different – it didn’t feel like a process. It was done with love and care – every step of the way. And when it was over, Rhonda and Steph comforted me with genuine feelings. There was no rush or time pressure. I cannot thank them enough, and I cannot recommend them enough. They are such wonderful people. My thanks to them again – we will miss Jess, she gave all so much. She was loved and cared for not just by us, but by this amazing team.

A great vet, they really are concerned for your pet’s well being. The only negative is words out and it’s a busy place meaning appointment times are at least 2-3days after you call to book a time. But I am sure if it was urgent they would find time to see you 😃.

Tobi loves Rhonda he loves going to the vet couldn’t care less about injections as long as he has food in his mouth. Away to Tobi’s happiness at the vet is treats. And Rhonda is very patient with tobi

Rhonda has been such a wonderful vet for my beloved Bengal x over the years. When the time came for him to cross the rainbow bridge, Rhonda came to our home and helped him go to sleep in my arms. Her compassion is extraordinary. She is a very who truly cares for animals and for the people’s who love them.
