What a nice veterinary clinic. I was seen on time, and the vet is very caring and knowledgeable. Reasonable prices too. So lucky to have a vet like this in Yarraville.

I am genuinely grateful that this place exists. Rhonda and the team are by far the kindest, genuine, professional and empathetic team I and my belle have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I feel confident leaving my girl in their hands and that has proved to be quite rare in the past with other establishments. I wouldn’t take belle anywhere else.

In may 2022 Brissy had a operation and really struggled with pain & to recover, it was a rough week for both of us. Seeing her like this broke my heart & I started to question my choices. I had to take her back in to see Rhonda and the team & they helped me understand everything & provided her with after care treatment that helped her become pain free & to be able to rest & recover.

Rhonda is wonderful, a truly attentive & caring person. I visited today for a consultation & skin check on my dog who’s been experiencing quite some discomfort. Within this same appointment, immediate steps were taken to aid her discomfort, as well as discussion as to an upcoming treatment plan. I felt great confidence in her words, and grateful for her patience with any questions I had. Steph in front desk was also lovely & helpful in booking in our review. Great team, with great hearts. Look forward to returning.

I had an emergency visit for a friend’s cat. It was between surgery hours. The vet saw us very quickly & found & treated the problem. Everyone there was kind & helpful which I am very grateful for. Kitty is feeling much better now. Thank you!

Rhonda and her team are fantastic. Over 25 years, they have kept our menagerie of cats, cocker spaniels,spoodles, cavoodles & poodles in peak condition. Rhonda’s professionalism, integrity and compassion have helped us welcome and say goodbye to some beloved pets when the time came as well as a couple of great saves after some naughty doggy misadventures. Great experience at this vet. My dog is a big boy & gets easily excited (making him hard to control!) the staff took extra measures to ensure this didn’t happen. The vet was great with my dog & explained everything I needed to know this will be where I take my boy now.

We have been with Rhonda and the team for 25 years, and with 3 dogs over that time. They are fantastic, but I particularly want to call out their care and love for our most recent dog, Jess. A Pyrenean Mountain Dog of some 60 kgs, Jess was larger than life, and had an amazing presence. Rhonda, Steph, Maddy and the whole team were brilliant with her through her more than 12.5 years here with us. As a Giant breed, she was getting old and really starting to struggle recently, and I had to make the call we all hate as pet owners 2 weeks ago. I took her down to them and we sat and went through the process. But this is where it was different – it didn’t feel like a process. It was done with love and care – every step of the way. And when it was over, Rhonda and Steph comforted me with genuine feelings. There was no rush or time pressure. I cannot thank them enough, and I cannot recommend them enough. They are such wonderful people. My thanks to them again – we will miss Jess, she gave all so much. She was loved and cared for not just by us, but by this amazing team.

A great vet, they really are concerned for your pet’s well being. The only negative is words out and it’s a busy place meaning appointment times are at least 2-3days after you call to book a time. But I am sure if it was urgent they would find time to see you 😃.

Rhonda has been such a wonderful vet for my beloved Bengal x over the years. When the time came for him to cross the rainbow bridge, Rhonda came to our home and helped him go to sleep in my arms. Her compassion is extraordinary. She is a very who truly cares for animals and for the people’s who love them.
