Helpful ReviewTook my boy there for his yearly vaccinations and health check up , requested his ears to be cleaned at the same time . WORST decision I have ever made going to this vet, they lost the end of the cottonbud inside his ear , then proceeded to probe at his ear trying to remove it , after telling them to stop , they proceeded to take him and sedate him , they decided after all of this that he needed emergency surgery to surgically remove it . Found out Greencross Minchinbury had perforated his ear drum with a huge hole left. Now he requires surgery to remove his ear canal as his ear now has growths from the surgery and trauma. Tried to contact higher up managers to no avail, no head office number , no call backs from managers , NO NOTHING!!! We have been told if he doesn’t get the surgery he will be approaching the end of what can be done and the pain he is suffering will continue to get worse until there is no option but to put him down .
The Greencross vet at Minchinbury , Dr. Anita has shown no remorse or compassion and has not taken the matter seriously.The vet did not even have the decency to come to the phone and when we originally mentioned that we will need to go to management and higher up to get help she laughed and thought the whole this was amusing. We now want to warn others please do not risk putting your fur babies in her hands at this practice we do not want anyone going through what our family are going through

Friendly staff just need to answer the phone- tried calling multiple times before close and no answer. Also closed the door before 6pm and I had to knock multiple times to be let in- just wanted to buy a box of cat food and be out (was still out by 6pm after being let in).

The manager Ebony is extremely rude and condescending. I was trying to find my order which had been allocated to the Blacktown store. She instantly had an attitude that she has to help me, like I had interrupted her morning. For someone working in customer service, it was honestly disgusting and has turned me off shopping at the Petbarn Blacktown store for good. It’s extremely disheartening when you are already underdress, because your order has been lost/misplaced, you don’t need someone making it worse, especially someone who is meant to help you.

Amazing service provided by some very helpful staff. We told them that we were 1st time pet owners and then after from then we were taken care off very well. A proper guidance was given in regards to the products to be used and guidance on how to have a good rapport with the pet was provided. A few nutritional tips were also given. Moreover, there were plenty of deals on the products and compared to other shops its very competitive.

Always great service, Ebony is always helping not just to get a sale but the best option for my pets. As a member its great that you match price with petcircle as im loyal to where I do my shopping. Just got my lityle Jack Russell an Adatil Collar as Im going away for 3 weeks and i will be worried about him with anxiety separation so even though he will miss me Im hoping the collar kerps him at ease, Ebony helped me work out the best size for him and, now Im thinking I should make human collars so I don’t get separation anxiety, o they have a medication for that called VALIUM lol. Thanks guys

I only come in specifically every 3months to buy cat litter & food this STORE is continually out of stock of the items I need a wasted trip today! I leave for overseas today you are out of both cat litter types I use for my cat now I have to go to castle hill for litter as someone is minding my cat. This isnt the 1st time your either out of litter or the dry food I buy

They are not ready to replace the pump, always find reasons to refuse. ……………., i went to another shop and test with new similar model air pump with same pipe and air stone, it is working perfectly with new pump but it is not working with 2 weeks old pump which i bought from PETBARN !
