Great staff, great vets, moved here after our previous vet retired, couldn’t be happier, everyone at the clinic was very caring to our elderly dog and looked after him extremely well in his older years. When he passed Vet and staff were extremely compassionate and looked after not just Scooby, but us as well, were understanding and happy to wait till our whole family was able to arrive to say our goodbye’s. We now have a new pup and travel from Penrith to this vet clinic. Would definitely recommend

Very caring and compassionate vets. I highly recommend them. They provided a high level of care for my furbaby. When it came time to came time to say goodbye they were very caring and respectful, my furbaby was 12 years old received the best of care possible.

We have been using this lovely vets for a long time now.

He is honest and caring.
Our cat is even pretty impressed with the level of respect they give her 😊 we all know what cats are like.
On the whole, this is a really good place to take your beloved furkids.

Took my cat to this vet today, was professional, gave great advice and charged very reasonably. The diagnosis was exactly right, my cat was given a steroid shot and by that night had started eating again, recovering fully over the next couple of days

I have always taken my animals to this vet for almost 15 years now. After seeing some 1 star reviews here I thought I’d put my 2c in.
Helpful ReviewAll staff are very responsive and quick to attend to you. They have always been like this and maintained their performance especially during covid restrictions.
I have always called over the phone to ask questions particularly as I’ve been caring for a 16yo Pomeranian in the family. They are always understanding and patient with me.
Visits/consultations are quick and professional and it maybe helps as I am always taking notes down before I see the vet to share as much info as possible with them. Doing my own research helps too and they are very good at explaining what the problem is, and options to treat the condition. I have always walked out feeling confident that all my pets conditions and treatments are being taken seriously.
Others may have bad experiences but I’m very surprised as I’ve always had positive pleasant and professional service from everyone I have interacted with here (even the other customers coming here are very friendly and their pets too).
I have visited other clinics and they’re not all that bad, but I can say I’ve always had consistently positive experiences with Mylonas and O’Callaghan. Not sure what I’d do without you all!

Although the vets did major surgery and saved my cat at the end of 2020 as a result, I’m disappointed with how the way they went about treating her last week when she wasn’t eating much.
Wasn’t given a choice about a steroid injection was told it being given. I wasn’t in a state to question this. Shouldn’t an owner be given the choice and explained possible risks, then make a decision, rather than being told? My cat didn’t last long after that, and although it could’ve been other reasons it seemed like she suffered more quickly as a result of this.
My family have since taken their dogs elsewhere too after being asked to wait, and then 1 minute after closing (arrived during consult hours) being told they couldn’t be seen.
The nurses are mostly very kind but there are plenty of other vets around.

This vetinary practice is simply the best. You will not find better vets who are professional, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and above all actually care about the welfare of your pet. My dog Jack has literally had his life saved by Peter and his team at least 3 times! I am forever greatful for their help and recommending them for your pet is absolutely the very least I could do. My wife took her 2 dogs & cats before we met to this vet clinic for 20 yrs. The Labrador did his back crucial ligament as well as had skin allergies. Their expertise in these matters was extraordinary. I started taking my animals to these vets after we met. We still take our animals there as the vets go out of their way to help whether over the phone or in person. They have treated our pets with kindness, consideration & dignity. In total we have now been seeing these vets for nearly 40 yrs and even though we have moved further away from their clinic, will continue to do so.
