Horrible service, made a appointment twice to get services for my dog and both times they had nasty attitudes , second time of appointment I booked one thing and they wanted to do another to my dog which I wasn’t going to allowed them to do , Kolton had a bad attitude and was very unprofessional

Scheduled first morning appointment only to be declined. They said instead of just a bath, she should have groom. I scheduled bath with dematting. Even though might be different, they should have still given the bath. Awful first and last experience.

Excellent and with the coronavirus safety too. July 1 2023 Always excellent as the last time. The employees young adults they care about all animals that walk through the door. The grooming staff is amazing. I have an Alaskan Klee Kai who is a little anxious and can talk a lot and they took such great care of him. They answered all of my questions and recommended the furminator bath since he sheds a TON. He looks and feels amazing afterwards. He actually looks like he lost weight because there was so much loose fur that I couldn’t get out with a regular brush. Definitely recommend!

I booked an appointment through the app and it said my dog was due for her rabies vaccination and to bring a copy of it with me. Upon arrival the groomer asks if I have a copy and I supplied it. She then asked if my dog has had any vaccinations in the last 48 hours. I said yes. She said they can’t groom my dog. I said that would have been nice to know and maybe they can update the app to say that. Glad I drove 30 minutes here. Waited 10 minutes in line. And now 30 minutes home. Anyone have suggestions for a new groomer that might communicate with their customers better?

Wow what an awesome experience every time I go there! Today I spoke at first with a young lady who didn’t know the answer but made sure she got someone who did, we got Aaron.
