Reviewed on GoogleThe grooming staff is amazing. I have an Alaskan Klee Kai who is a little anxious and can talk a lot and they took such great care of him. They answered all of my questions and recommended the furminator bath since he sheds a TON. He looks and feels amazing afterwards. He actually looks like he lost weight because there was so much loose fur that I couldn’t get out with a regular brush. Definitely recommend!

Reviewed on GoogleI booked an appointment through the app and it said my dog was due for her rabies vaccination and to bring a copy of it with me. Upon arrival the groomer asks if I have a copy and I supplied it. She then asked if my dog has had any vaccinations in the last 48 hours. I said yes. She said they can’t groom my dog. I said that would have been nice to know and maybe they can update the app to say that. Glad I drove 30 minutes here. Waited 10 minutes in line. And now 30 minutes home. Anyone have suggestions for a new groomer that might communicate with their customers better?

Both delivered outstanding customer service but Aaron knew everything and answered all our questions. Above and beyond customer service!!!
