As a dog owner, you have rights and responsibilities both to your pet and to the community.
Always obey any signs regarding dogs and when and where you can allow them off their lead. Dogs that are taken off their lead must remain under control of a person at all times. At times you should carry a chain, cord or leash to restrain your dog, dog owners must remain within effective voice or hand control distance of the dog at all times. A person in charge of the dog must not allow the dog to chase or threaten another person or animal.
The most common dog complaint is about dog droppings or dog waste on footpaths and in parks. Please ensure that you remove and dispose of your dog’s waste in public places.
Always remember to be respectful in open spaces as they are used by dog lovers, sports lovers and nature lovers.

Awesome park.

The playground is great and has plenty of shade. There’s 2 slides, a merry-go-round, 2 swings and a see-saw.
Toilet block is next to the playground.
Plenty of memories to be made here.

Great park lots of room to picnic and relax. Has some bbq grills and bench with shade. The view of the water is just amazing. Parking can be a little tricky when busy.

This is an amazing location overlooking the marina, rowers, river cats and the Parramatta River. It was used extensively during lockdown and when restrictions were lifted but what a pity that it is so poorly maintained by Canada Bay Council. The park has heritage listing but seems neglected by the Council even though a few upgrades, along with the removal of some dangerous overhanging branches, occurred recently.

Great play area in the shade for the kids. Public bathrooms available and a perfect long stretch of grass for puppies to run up and down. They don’t have a hell of a lot of seating but a few tables and benches. Also a BBQ station as well. Lovely big tress and a beautiful view of the water.

Nice park, but considering dog owners are afforded the opportunity to have dogs off leash you would think they would be considerate enough to consider other users of the park and clean up said 🐕 mess. There was multiple pieces of evidence in various spots so it isn’t just a once off.
