As a dog owner, you have rights and responsibilities both to your pet and to the community.
Always obey any signs regarding dogs and when and where you can allow them off their lead. Dogs that are taken off their lead must remain under control of a person at all times. At times you should carry a chain, cord or leash to restrain your dog, dog owners must remain within effective voice or hand control distance of the dog at all times. A person in charge of the dog must not allow the dog to chase or threaten another person or animal.
The most common dog complaint is about dog droppings or dog waste on footpaths and in parks. Please ensure that you remove and dispose of your dog’s waste in public places.
Always remember to be respectful in open spaces as they are used by dog lovers, sports lovers and nature lovers.

Reviewed on GoogleLarge open space just outside the Camden CBD where visitors are free to roam the fields and explore. Peaceful and inviting. This is a popular place for a daily walk. Camden’s historic buildings (St John’s Church, Fire Station, Court House, Camden Hotel) have been lovingly rebuilt by Camden Men’s Shed Volunteers as miniatures for horses to jump over. Great place to spend a lazy afternoon wandering.

Reviewed on GoogleVery expansive area of parkland with walking and riding trails – mainly grass, with some dirt and concrete – that crisscross the fields. Many trees around the edges to provide shade and some seating.

Reviewed on GoogleIt was an amazing place and the ponys loved it. Great tracks to walk them along of a morning, as we where leaving they where having a dressage day and I learnt that dressage people like to sleep in unlike barrel racers ect. The dressage people got there like 1 hour before it started where rodeo people would have started rolling in 2 days before. But different diciplines I guess 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍

Reviewed on GoogleBeautiful place to go for a walk. I come here regularly as I think it’s the perfect place to go to get away from civilisation in an ever growing area. Nice view from the top of the hill, and lots of space for just about anything.
