As a dog owner, you have rights and responsibilities both to your pet and to the community.
Always obey any signs regarding dogs and when and where you can allow them off their lead. Dogs that are taken off their lead must remain under control of a person at all times. At times you should carry a chain, cord or leash to restrain your dog, dog owners must remain within effective voice or hand control distance of the dog at all times. A person in charge of the dog must not allow the dog to chase or threaten another person or animal.
The most common dog complaint is about dog droppings or dog waste on footpaths and in parks. Please ensure that you remove and dispose of your dog’s waste in public places.
Always remember to be respectful in open spaces as they are used by dog lovers, sports lovers and nature lovers.

Great spot to visit onnthe way down the coast, lots of good views and its an off leash dog walking area. Highly recommend taking the dog for a walk while watching the cows graze on the opposite headland!

Exposed and beautiful. The headland has tons of space to walk and explore with off leash dog area . The are expansive views down seven mile beach and back up the coast. Sun rise and sunset best for photo ops

24 hour, off leash reserve. When we visited, it was pretty windy and grass was fairly long. Careful on the rocks – they are slippery with algae in some parts.
Really nice walk though from the Seven Mile Holiday Park.
