Went for a nice run along the shore and found this small park, it was quiet and a perfect place to run and observe the downtown Sydney skyline. There were numerous trails and large flat rocky areas with unobstructed views. Very little vehicular traffic made it very friendly to runners, hikers and cyclists.

No balls and not much head received. Don’t rate it. Waited for some ball head for like 3 hours. Decent view though, would’ve appreciated it more while receiving ball head.

Excellent city view, you can also see Harbour Bridge and Opera House at the same time. Really enjoyable. However, the track is wet and muddy after raining. Please be careful, super slippery.

Lovely little spot opposite the Sydney Harbour Bridge. It has a few short walking tracks and alot of native flora to see. Nice place to stop with a coffee for a short walk & talk.

This is probably the closest nature reserve to the city centre, but you will still need a car because it’s not near a bus stop or ferry. It gets much busier on the weekend yet is very very quiet any other time. You can get amazing views of the city as well as Balmain, it’s very nice at sunset in this direction at the right time. You can walk from the coal loader tunnel leading on to the trails then loop all the way around. It’s one of my favourite places.
