As a dog owner, you have rights and responsibilities both to your pet and to the community.
Always obey any signs regarding dogs and when and where you can allow them off their lead. Dogs that are taken off their lead must remain under control of a person at all times. At times you should carry a chain, cord or leash to restrain your dog, dog owners must remain within effective voice or hand control distance of the dog at all times. A person in charge of the dog must not allow the dog to chase or threaten another person or animal.
The most common dog complaint is about dog droppings or dog waste on footpaths and in parks. Please ensure that you remove and dispose of your dog’s waste in public places.
Always remember to be respectful in open spaces as they are used by dog lovers, sports lovers and nature lovers.

Wow this place was really cool, dog park, kind of bit of everything park, stopped here on a trip back to the coast, let the pooch out for a walk. Really well maintained & hello welcome to the future!! The toilet was a bit of a set from star wars. I mean who doesn’t want to be welcomed by a calming voice, have soothing music played whilst pooping & then flush automatically? The only thing I had to do was wipe, pull my duds back up, wash my hands & exit back into the year 2022. Yup pretty darn cool. If it had espresso here, it would be my regular.

Kids of all ages love this park, its really well laid out with a mountain bike track too. Loved the wildlife statues dotted around. This is an example to all councils.

Great place to stop off with the children. Adding the skate park was a great idea but does take away from the quiet nature of the park. Toilets not as nice and we’ll looked after as on previous visits.

Had a birthday party there today. Plenty of places to sit down. Barbecue was working. They have shelter. Plenty of swings to keep children entertained and squeeling with laughter.
