As a dog owner, you have rights and responsibilities both to your pet and to the community.
Always obey any signs regarding dogs and when and where you can allow them off their lead. Dogs that are taken off their lead must remain under control of a person at all times. At times you should carry a chain, cord or leash to restrain your dog, dog owners must remain within effective voice or hand control distance of the dog at all times. A person in charge of the dog must not allow the dog to chase or threaten another person or animal.
The most common dog complaint is about dog droppings or dog waste on footpaths and in parks. Please ensure that you remove and dispose of your dog’s waste in public places.
Always remember to be respectful in open spaces as they are used by dog lovers, sports lovers and nature lovers.

Reviewed on GoogleLove this place, great for a time of quiet reflection while walking the dog, it’s even got its own section of beach with a view. But, there are not enough tables and shade is limited to one area. I guess it doesn’t matter because it’s all going to be demolished to make way for Toondah Habour.

🦮 Large half-fenced off lead dog park that’s not fully secure; it opens out to the front where the mangroves and shoreline of the beach.

Reviewed on GoogleAlways a quieter, smaller park. A basic playground for smaller kids, toilets. Great grassy area for playing cricket etc. Beautiful, plenty of shade and an undercover area. Serene atmosphere and a local favourite to relax.

Reviewed on GoogleAlways very nice place to sit and relax and take in the view across to Straddie and Moreton Islands. You can walk on the sand banks at low tide and explore or take your dog to the massive dog park. There is swings and playground for younger kids and large open grassed area to kick the footy around. There is a number of covered seating areas and plenty of shady or sunny areas to sit down. Excellent spot

Reviewed on GoogleIf Cleveland Point is busy, this is your next best choice to be near the water and still have a beautiful view of the water and North Stradbroke Island. There are toilets, picnic benches and electric stoves for cooking. Plus with a open field, you can play some cricket, soccer and rugby.

Reviewed on GoogleGreat off lease dog walk. Large area with shade and access to the water. Big enough to avoid other dogs which is good for ours as one of them gets nervous around bigger dogs and high energy dogs. Never had a issue here. Might need mozzie spray now and again though!

Reviewed on GoogleGreat open park for your 4 legged friend. Plenty of trees for shade and a resident wild koala and Joey as well. Leads onto the beach which is lead free also. Huge open area for the dogs to run. I rate it better then Raby Bay dog area which I do to every 4 days.
