Hello, I believe you may have left the wrong groomer this review. We have absolutely no record of your dog attending our salon and we have taken on no new clients within that time so it is impossible for it to be your dogs first time with us.

Love this place. have used puppies inc 3 times now and Brit is so down to earth, lovely and friendly. The customer service is wonderful.

Coco comes out looking exactly as we asked and smells amazing.

I take my toy poodle tilly to puppies inc and i must say im so pleased to have found a groomer so professional and is so good with tilly.

Very rude, forgot to do nails, abrasions on my dog, hair cut was terrible. Tried to notify them of a problem and got my head chewed off.

false allegations. Unfortunately there is quite a lot more to this story. All three of this persons dogs have been to us about 5 times. This particular time the poor doggy in question was in a bad state, he was very matted so we had no option to shave down to remove the matted coat. The person dropping off was made aware of this (was a different person to who normally drops off). We were contacted via sms, we responded in nothing but a professional manner. All in all I believe either there was miscommunication between owner and person dropping off or owner was simply upset because her dog had to go shorter than previous.

After using a few different local groomers and never be completely happy we went to Brit, who does an amazing job with our Cavoodle. She is friendly and easy to talk to about what you want, and she follows what you agree upon. Lucy (cavoodle) loves her too! Definitely recommend.

Hello Kerry, very sorry you feel that way. We usually get back to everyone in the evening of our operating days (we are not opened Tuesday’s and Thursday’s). I have replied to all our voice msgs and sms ‘s and I have not received any from a Kerry (also spoke to everyone who did) Which makes me wonder if you are leaving your review for the right salon ? The best job anyone has done on our Lakeland terrier. We spent years trying to find a groomer for Ajax who actually knows and understands the correct breed hair cut. Finally we have found one that does the stripping that the breeder recommended and it’s a huge bonus that she is lovely and so easy to deal with. Puppies inc recommended highly by us.

Puppies inc are the best groomer in the area by far. When Brit left the area years ago I was devastated and so were my fur babies. We tried multiple other groomers and none of which even compared. I’m so happy she is back ! Super friendly and actually listens to what I ask for. Can’t recommend puppies inc enough.
