Fantastic clinic. The staff are warm and friendly despite being super busy no matter what time I call or visit.

Have been attending this practice since 2006, and have only ever had one bad experience which was rectified immediately.

Thankyou to all the staff for the continued care of my fur babies.
As there has been a pause since writing this our vet has moved on to greener pastures so to speak. Our very now is Dr.Brodie and she also is wonderful.
Would highly recommend the team from wyndham veterinary clinic.My furbabies thankyou.

Unfortunately as a temporary measure we have had to take the difficult decision to pause new entries. We have had to consider our current clients and our need to be able to service them. We are hopeful this is temporary but due to a national and international veterinarian shortage we were left with little option. We hope one day we can welcome you to our WVC family and trust you got some great care for your pet.

Recently had to put my cat nearly 18 yrs and very sick down the clinic were very supportive they provided a cosy quiet room lovely couches to sit on with her to and they took us through her final moments we were then able to stay with her a while and cradle her they were so supportive and they were able to provide a cremation service providing an URN of choice took the worry for searching for one which was of comfort to us as HARLEENA was part of our family so long she was treated with dignity and respect in her final moments the vet she saw through this was very caring and helped us through it a very good vetinary service 10 or of 10 thankyou

I have just called Market Road Vet and spoke to Kate. She was exceptionally helpful, advised cost of visit and that any cost of tests, treatment etc., would be discussed and consulted prior to any further procedures. I was extremely impressed with her customer service skills.

Good vet with kind and caring staff. I can usually get an appointment quickly when it’s needed. Note that the waiting room can get very loud (there is a quiet room but you can barely hear a difference!) and can be uncomfortable for nervous/anxious furballs.

I am impressed and thankful for their care of both my sweet boy rusty and myself I suffer from anxiety and the vet was very lovely and gentle with my rusty.The staff were extremely friendly kind to both of us .but one lass stood out as she found some water for me and the kindness in her eyes made me feel wonderful,the whole centre felt comfortable for me blessed they are

They used to be such a caring and reliable family vet clinic. The vets are still lovely, but most of the staff in reception do not seem suited to the job. I am very dissapointed with the way I have been treated. It seems to me that the way the business is run is all about the money and not the client.

My golden had really infected hotspots along his undercarriage groin area I rang the vet clinic and the lovely receptionist even though they were fully booked until 4days later she said come in at 7pm that evening thank you very much to all the nurses and vets he is healing quite well highly recommend Wyndham Vet clinic😃

The girls behind the counter were very busy, but were still very friendly and helpful. My puppy was well looked after in my few visits to get an infection all sorted out. Mayhem is back to her usual rascal self now.

Helpful ReviewI stand by the care that was given to both my pets, the vets did do the best for our pets but we lost our beautiful King Charles cavalier on the 26th of October and we literally lived at the vets… my disappointment is that after his passing we did not receive a card.. a card costs nothing but goes a long way.
In talking to my clients about Zac they all said they received comfort in their vets acknowledgement of their pets loss, they obviously received a card in the mail which got me thinking..
very disappointed that A life lost doesn’t warrant a sympathy card.
We trust are vets and would honestly think that a protocol of loss should be put in place..

I am highly disappointed with the care of my cat all the vet was concerned about was the money I am on the pension she told me to turn to my family to help pay for the visit also kept saying ucanasia I was not in agreement with this I took him to another vet and he has improved so much over the last week I will no be attending there again 😡

Veterinary services can be costly and we do try to discuss the appropriate costs so as our clients do not get any unexpected surprises. It is good to hear that your cat is feeling better. We are equally disappointed to see this review given that we gave you, at no cost, over $130 worth of pain relieving medications as a gesture of goodwill as you’d informed us of your financial constraints.

I’m really thankful to all of the staff within the clinic. I really appreciated the support and advice in regards to my cat. While we opted not to give him the cone of shame for a couple of reasons. they gave us an alternative in watching him and signs to be aware of. And to come back in an emergency at any point.
