The receptionists all need a lesson in how to smile and welcome people. Most hard faced, unwelcoming lot yet. My puppy was being fussed over by other clients and the receptionist got impatient with me for apparently holding her up. There was no one else waiting. My dog was only there for an annual health check but I would hate to be there with a sick dog, there would be no compassion. The visit also cost me $70 more than I was quoted at Wyndham Vet Clinic (my usual vet). Only went to Greencross because my dog needed vaccinations urgently before a kennel stay. I will be making sure I book early next time and return to Wyndham Vet where my puppy and I are treated like humans with feelings. No wonder it is easy to get an appointment there when other vets are booked out!

Werribee is a Joke!!!!
I was 10 minutes late to my appointment and because of that the Police were called as I was frustrated!
Melissa the Nurse was the Most Arrogant Person I had ever come come across.
Was not budging for anyone.
I was late due to the Bomb scare in Hoppers Crossing that bought traffic to a Standstill.
Give Greencross Vets a Wide Berth in any Suburb!!!!

I’m a bit disappointed that I took my dog in for teeth check and meds only to leave and get notification to bring her back in next week for vaccinations .. thats poor service in my view.

I have been taking my cats to this Clinic for more than 10 years. The staff is wonderful. Wendy is a fantastic vet – professional, extremely competent and very caring. The nurses and staff are also wonderful – friendly, caring and compassionate. I cannot speak highly enough of the people at this clinic

I’ve been coming to Greencross Werribee for a number of years with my Harry the Cat. The vets and staff have always been kind, compassionate and understanding. Harry’s had a sarcoma removed and most of is teeth removed due to sever gingivitis, and he has always received the best care possible. I won’t take my animals anywhere else

Have been taking my cats to Greencross Werribee for a few years now, the whole team are very helpful and friendly.
Two of my cats had to undergo procedures on separate occasions where the outcome was not a guarantee and both times my girls came home and recovered quickly. I am so grateful for the attention and care that was given by the whole team during what was a very stressful time.
Can be a little expensive, but you are paying for quality medical care for your pets so it is worth it.

The receptionist is unhappy, my appointment was 20 minutes late. There was no one else there.The treatment on my jack russell was $500 cheaper at the lort smith animal hospital than there quoted amount.
