I am not one to leave a bad review typically. However- I just want to say I am very disappointed with my experience with my grooming appointment. It was at 10 and I had to wait with my nervous dog for over 30 minutes and still was going to have to wait another 10 so we left. I understand that things do happen and that’s fine however the entire point of making an appointment is so I do not have to wait over 40 minutes inside of petsmart.

I went in to the vet as a walk in today. I could not be more thankful for the staff there. My dog was bleeding due to her nail being cut way to short- and they jumped into action right away stopping the bleed.

Booked an appointment for my dog to be groomed, and upon arrival was told that because my groomer wasn’t there yet, I couldn’t check her in. I had to bring her on my way to work, so I was planning to drop her off on the way; there went that plan. I don’t understand why this is a thing; let’s say my groomer leaves before the salon closes that day, and I can’t pick her up until 30 minutes later. Am I just out of luck? Is my dog going to be put up for adoption? 😒
