Experiencing what others are saying about delays in delivery which is not really satisfactory. Need to be upfront for interstate customers to Qld. and say orders will take up to three weeks for delivery. Not worth the stress as to if you will run out of food or other requirements.

The delivery is very slow nowadays, considering they are based on the Gold Coast and I live on the Southside of Brisbane. I ordered my stuff 7 days ago and it is still in transit. Ordered some other stuff with Petcircle the same day and 3 days later I had it.

Will never buy anything from these sharks again. Ordered product delivered to post office WHICH IS A PROBLEM FOR ME BC I WORK 6 DAYD. WONT REFUND MONEY OR ORGANISE CORRECT DELIVERY. MY ACCOUNT IS CANCELED AND contacting fair trading about the theft of my money. Shonky as. 😡😡😡😡 I don’t appreciate your sarcastic sorry. Your refusal to be of Any help or assistance is the problem. Your lack of informing me my delivery had changed from courier to Australia post and you are the one who changed the options not me. As for taking my money and not refunding it immediately or resending the product correctly is a direct reflection of your customer service. I’m talking about almost $200. My strongest suggestion to customers is to read the fine print. I recently (Mid Feb) purchased a 12 month supply of Nexgard Spectra at a very competitive price. The problem- all expire in Sept 22. 5 months wasted. Apparently the expiry was in the fine print. Deleted that App and use of that company.

Update: BPP contacted me after seeing the photos and have posted a replacement bag of food. Very grateful.
Royal Canin Ageing 10+ dog food – Expires on May 2022. I got the product 3 weeks ago. There is no way my old dog will get close to finishing a 15kg bag by May. Old stock should be labeled as such and discounted.
I noticed last week weevils have hatched in it, and the whole food bin is now crawling with them. I sent BPP the video and they said this is normal!!! I am so angry and disappointed. I now have to dispose of all this food before they turn into moths and infest the rest of my dog food and pantry! I also have to buy another bag of food for my old girl.

Super slow to dispatch items & outdated policies/processes. First time ordering from Budget Pet Products & I won’t be a returning customer. I thought I would take a chance on this store given I was trialling a new dog food for my dog. I needed the food quite urgently as there has been a shortage of good quality dog food & we had actually run out. I paid express postage & STILL have not received my order. The teams packing/processing speed is beyond slow! Ordered on the 30th and I only got a text this afternoon 4 days later to say it’s being PROCESSSED! Never again… Go elsewhere.

I have asked on every delivery of 10 kg bags of dog food that if I’m not home, please leave on the front verandah. The delivery person doesn’t even check to see if I’m home but leaves it at the front gate every time, making it necessary for me, a 70 year old woman, to somehow get the 10 k bag from the front gate into the house. Why ask for delivery instructions if no one even reads them. I will be finding a new supplier who actually listens to their customers as this is not the first time I have brought this to their attention.

This company will take your $400, then request you confirm your identity, their online chat takes forever to get through and they don’t read their emails, and there’s no number you can call. Then they can’t deliver your order within a reasonable amount of time so you just have to get your money refunded and do the whole process over again with a more functional website. Waste of my time.

Good prices but delivery takes way too long. It may be free delivery on my order ($96) but 8 days and counting for order to get to Melbourne (via Aramex) and still not delievered is not good enough. Unable to speak to anyone as the phone message at the office directs to an online chat service which takes forever to get answered. Will be going back to retail from now on.
