I paid for cat food on 22/02/22, one of the two items wasn’t in stock so they let me know they would split the other. No issue with that at all and I received the first item within a week.
I sent a follow up email for the second item I was waiting for on 04/03 saying if the backorder hadn’t arrived yet that I would prefer a refund. No response
Another follow up on 05/04 asking for a refund. Again, no response.
I’ve now sent a final follow up and written this review in the hope someone is listening.
My first impression was actually positive when Rhylee explained the split order and confirmed that was okay.
edit: I received a response this morning finally that they had issued a refund last month, which I can see on my credit card. It would have been better if I was just advised this when it happened instead of ignored. I appreciate the refund but communication needs to be improved

Good value but please reconsider the use of Fastway/Aramex or you will lose customers. I understand there are currently delays but more than two weeks for Sydney Metro delivery is really disappointing, especially when your team had suggested an additional 1-2 days at most over the phone. Or give us the option of another service.

Placed an order on Monday morning and haven’t heard a thing since (so much for their claim that items are dispatched same day!!). I’ve called their number over 10 times and no one picks up. Emailed 3 times with no response. If I don’t get a response soon ill be reporting them to my bank for fraud as they clearly are just taking people’s money and not dispatching the items. Stay away from these lot if you ever want to see the items you purchase online.

JumboPets have always been my go-to for pet supplies as their prices are simply unbeatable, and their shipping costs are fairly priced (free shipping if the order is over $100) and prompt.

Absolutely discussing customer service ! Joanne who responded to to a query on pay pal was absolutely rude ! How many day’s of pet food do I need to have on hand when I order ??? I had enough for 16 day’s but apparently that’s not enough and they can not tell me a delivery date for exactly when I will get my order it’s been 17 days and I have now had to order from another company who has gone over and above to get the order to me so my cat has food ASAP, as it’s prescription cat food. I will then have double the amount I would normally have had to order and paid for two lots in one month !! I have attached the response from Joanne so everyone can see how bad the customer service is ! When I called Joanne’s response was it’s being honest !! No Joanne it’s not being honest it’s being rude ! Will never order from jumbo pets again !! Uses unreliable delivery couriers who fail to be able to deliver in the timeframe required !

Jumbo Pets is amazing! I was worried about the delays and the pet food wouldn’t arrive in time and that I’d have to pay crazy prices at the local pet shop but my order arrived quickly. There was also a little extra treat included- a toy for my kitten and this is incredible! She has hundreds of toys and only one kind she likes and this happened to be the one. You guys always go above and beyond! Customer service is excellent. If I hav any issues you’re here to help. Packaging is always sturdy as well. I wouldn’t order from anyone else! Highly recommend!!

I purchased some aloveen conditioner for my dog. Product arrived fast, packaged nicely, a nice thank you letter inside and also a ball for my dog! The product was sold at the best price I could find online and over $20 cheaper than the pet shops. Fantastic customer service. Wonderful company and service, but the courier is absolutely hopeless. The lack of two stars is only because of the courier and not because of jumbo.
Fastway has had my parcel for over a week now and has failed to deliver, making up excuses each time as to why they can’t get the parcel here. They failed delivery yesterday, promising they will reattempt delivery today, but after calling them on the phone today I was told it won’t be til next week…. ridiculous.
Meanwhile my cat is waiting on her food for nearly two weeks now.
Jumbo – thanks for your lovely service on the phone, I would definitely advise a new courier. They have been nothing but unhelpful and dismissive on the phone.

This is my first time ordering from jumbo pets. My large dog food bags were only packaged in black plastic so the courier when he delivered them first threw them out of the van onto the road and then walked in the door of my work and threw it on the floor. Fastway has obviously thrown around the bags and the food is all crumbly, I also ordered 3 bags and they have only delivered 2 so far.
Helpful ReviewOver all a very rude courier (Fastway) who shows no care to what is being delivered. I’ll be going back to pet circle who at least box the bags so they are protected and I won’t end up with 3 bags of crumbly dog food for the $300 I spent.
Consider changing your packaging or use a better courier.
