    Ordered 4 ezi lock odour pads, was sent three. Incompetent staff either can’t count or are greedy thieves. Do not buy unless you like being stolen from

    I cancelled my order online as I could purchase the pet food for $20 cheaper at another store. They still took money from my account. I rang to ask for a refund and was asked why I explained I could get the products $20 cheaper. I was told they could not refund me but give me a store credit. This made no sense as I had to spend the money at Pet circle and unable to use my money to buy the cat food (same brand) cheaper!!! Would shop around before being sucked into their ‘auto purchase’ scam

    After placing and receiving ONE order from Pet Circle in 2022 I was surprised to see that I have been charged $120 by Pet Circle in 2023 for 2 orders I did not place, nor receive. I contacted customer service who refused to refund the money, the only solution offered was that they would look into the matter. Making unauthorised deductions from my credit card is unacceptable and an extremely dodgy business practice. I do not recommend Pet Circle for these reasons.

    Pet circle were misleading as they encouraged me to purchase the incorrect size. I returned the product to them in its original condition & they refused a refund as I requested. Instead giving a store credit. I will never purchase from them again. In Australia, customers have a right to obtain a refund. They have no reason not to provide me a refund. I returned my dog’s coat to them immediately and in its original condition with the tags on..they can resell this. I will take this further on principle. Absolutely disgusting company that I hope goes bust

    Want to take your money and keep it even when you have returned their product that was inappropriate sizing for your pet. Mind you, it was in its original condition, tags on, all in tact. Asked for head office details which they refused. No refund offered, only store credit. These people are unbelievable especially in these economic times. company deserves to go bust.

    I have ordered from Pet Circle successfully many times before, and been extremely happy. This week, I ordered cat food in bulk and was alerted to the delivery. I could not see it at the door, and thought perhaps it had gone to my neighbour by mistake. I am on a battle-axe block. It had been left in the street outside my neighbours driveway. Although I had a less than ideal response from emailing the company, I eventually spoke to an extremely helpful more senior person. Hopefully things will be sorted out now.

    Logistics is just not up to scratch. Twice I have had a confirmed order and been expecting delivery only to be told just prior that they are out of stock. How hard is it to have your website kept accurate to match your stock levels? Very frustrating to be expecting delivery only to be cancelled on the day you expect delivery!

      We try to keep as much stock at our warehouse at all times in order to meet our customers needs, however sometimes there are supplier delays (especially with some diets that are manufactured overseas).

    Excellent company from my experience to date. I have been using them for over three years now. Consistently fast delivery, professional service, superb customer service.

    An added bonus is the opportunity to speak with a vet via their live chat, and provides a useful recommendation for a related item.

    One thing that stands out for me with Pet Circle is the range of products for chickens.

    Some other pet (online and bricks-and-mortar) retailers have chook products. However, ones within a 10km radius of me have few options.

    Between their frequent promotions, occasional promo codes and offer to price match in many cases, they are competitively priced. The low minimum order for free shipping is an added bonus.

    I’m happy with delivery before which is very fast.
    Every time i order my cats food it always about $200-$300 and there was no issue with this.

    Every time I order i did mention instruction for the driver and it’s always the same. But…

    Last 2-3 months i ordered and i got notification said it been delivered and i opened a door to look, it was nothing until my neighbour came to ask if that “Pet Circle” box was mine it sitting in the rain in the middle way from my house which have to walk by30 sec. The driver just dropped off in the middle of the way… why?????

    This time u received a mail again “delivered” but there was nothing and i talked to customer service said “the driver has difficult to find a house” well , if it returning back to the store I should not receive “the parcel has been delivered “

    While i telling customer service they offer me for $10 store credit for the$200 order. And i’m still waiting for my replacement for a week and nothing responding.

    I was really love your service but at tthis time if there is 0 i would rate for no star at all.

    Good price, quick delivery and great updates on the delivery status along the way. My only gripe is the overuse of plastic packaging. One of the boxes contained only canned cat food and a large amount of bubble wrap. Would be great if they used boxes closer to the required size to avoid this, or at least filled them with paper instead of bubble wrap. Makes me hesitate to order again.

      We are very aware that tins can get easily dented in transit so we want to make sure orders arrive as safely as possible but we are always working on reducing our environmental footprint and packaging is definitely on the top of our list!     Appalling service. I emailed asking when my next delivery was due as it was the first time using auto delivery and was told 31st August. I then emailed again on 2nd asking when my delivery was coming and they replied 6th October – 6 WEEKS LATER??

    When I asked why they told me they didn’t have the stock – even though it was ordered 6 weeks earlier!? No phone call, no email notification.

    Once I ordered the same product from Pet Warehouse and they phoned to let me know there was no stock but they could do a half bag for me until it came back in. Because they had missed the courier cut off the staff member physically drove it out to my house himself.

    Take note pet circle because THAT is what good service is.

    I told them to cancel it all and they replied they were putting my account on hold. My card better not be charged a cent because I said to cancel any orders, my dog needs food and I’ll be going back to Pet Warehouse.

    It was great till my last order when I wasn’t home. I got an email saying my package was delivered. They sent me the photos where the courier left it. I was astounded that anyone could leave in front of the building in public view in the rain. No package there. I can’t trust them now to securely deliver when I am not home. At least take it to a Post Office or something!
