Super fast postage! I live in Darwin and can not buy Sheps Lori wet and Sheps Lori dry anywhere in Darwin without it being riddled with bugs. IPetStore posts to me the day that I order and the product is perfect! Thank you.

Purchased online products online, took them a WEEK to ship items when I needed the workers for my puppy tomorrow. As I live in regional NSW I won’t have these items for up to 5 days with Aus Post. Beyond disappointed with my first purchase.

Staff are always so friendly. The prices are very competitive. Catlux is cheaper here than anywhere else, and that matters when you have two cats that use the litter box a million times a day 😄🫶

Excellent service. I ordered on Thursday evening and received my cat food late Friday. Can’t thank you enough, as my cat only eats Felix cat food. Nothing raw or cooked. Won’t eat other brands (and I’ve tried a lot).

Great place to get anything I need for my dogs and the dog wash is great. The staff are really helpful. Kerry saved us on Christmas eve. I brought nail clippers as I couldn’t get my dog into the groomers. I mentioned I had no idea what I was doing. Kerry was great and cut his nails and showed me how to do it. Thanks Kerry.
